T. O.I have been visiting the Healthy Practice for some time now and,
I can honestly say, it is always a sheer delight. The atmosphere is always relaxed, friendly and welcoming. I recently had a hydro microdermabrasion facial treatment with Dawn and found this to be most beneficial. Dawn's knowledge and her expertise is so evident and reassuring. If you are in any doubt, don't hesitate to book yourself in for a visit, you will not regret it :-)
A. M.I had the manual lymphatic drainage massage with Sarah. Her knowledge and experience was clear, putting me at ease right away. She was thorough with her work and very committed to what she is doing which is evident in every session. Overall, massage was fantastic and I would absolutely recommend.

M. A. H.I am a regular customer of the Healthy Practice for both massages and facials and I can only say that since I’ve been going to both Sarah and Dawn, I’ve never looked back. It’s always a delight to go somewhere where you can relax knowing that you’ll receive a great treatment every time.
On this occasion I was booked in to try a new treatment called hydro microdermabrasion with Dawn. She took her time to explain exactly what was about to happen and I felt completely at ease throughout my new treatment. Everything was explained and when I ask questions these were answered immediately showing that she has a great knowledge of the treatment. But the best part was at the end of my treatment I couldn’t believe how different my face felt and looked. Even when I got home other family members commented on how Ihad a different glow about myself.
From friendly welcome as you walk through the door to the goodbye as I leave, I would highly recommend checking out the variety of treatments that are available as I don’t think you’ll be disappointed!
e. l.I have been seeing Louise for a Sports Massage for the past few years. She listens to what I require and is very very good.
I have suffered with neck/shoulder problems for many years and really benefit from each season. She uses as much pressure as is required, always checks that everything is ok throughout and is very good at her job. I’m just always disappointed when my time is up

A. L.I'm a long standing customer of the Healthy Practice and a gift voucher from there is one that goes on my Christmas wish list every year. Good offers and you get the full time slot that is booked. Immaculately clean and good treatment from the therapist. It's a "go to" from me.
S. T.Sarah (the owner of The Healthy Practice) is amazing. She has a real passion for her work and a really caring attitude. I particularly love going for a hot stone massage.
There are several therapists at THP, all offering their own range of treatments (health and beauty). You can sometimes get appointments last minute, but I always find it's best to pre-book mine, just to be sure.
I've never found parking a problem. It doesn't have its own car park, but there is a small parking area outside and plenty of on-road parking in the area.
L. H.I have to say I've never had anything done here, I've only met Sarah twice while buy gift vouchers for my wife. My wife is ALWAYS happy when she's home after she had a treatment so keep up the good work guys cuz I can't make her smile... 🤭🤣🤣🤣
