W.Where do I start, well firstly Eden is absolutely fantastic, this was the first sports massage I had ever had Eden really put me at ease and reassured me and explained what would be happening during the appointment. I felt relaxed instantly, I am now on my 3rd massage and my back feels great, I can do a lot more things and the pain I was in has practically gone. I have regular appointments now with Eden she really is amazing and really knows what she is talking about. Super friendly and relaxing atmosphere, get booked in as you won’t regret it.

She has helped me a lot with back and hip pain and recommended extra things to do between appointments. She introduced me to cupping, I’d never had this before but Eden was great, she explained everything in great detail beforehand and was very knowledgeable. Would definitely recommend Eden!

I. A.Highly recommended, managed to fit me in with in days. Had been struggling with knee pain for over a week, couldn't walk properly never mind doing any sports. After having a deep tissue/sports massage my knee felt a lot better. I was back to playing sports and table tennis after 2 days of having the massage. Price is really good too for what you get.
