I have been visiting Owen at ALLforYOU on a regular basis over the last 12 months for massage.During this period he has helped me achieve my goals of completing 1/2 and then my 1st full marathon keeping me injury free. His help and advice on all aspects of my training and nutrition has been invaluable and he is happy to work with all standards of ability and enjoys seeing you improve. I cannot recommend Owen enough and I certainly wouldn't go anywhere else.

About 10 years or so ago my wife and I started hiking, but having had back problems since my early 20's I always found myself in pain from around an hour into any hike. My predominantly desk-bound job also doesn't help! Anyway, I received a referral to see Owen around 18 months or so ago, and have been going every 4-6 weeks since. And now; yes I still have some back pain but nothing like I did in the past. I can hike for hours now with only the occasional need to drop down on my haunches to stretch off. I can highly recommend Owen, he's made a considerable difference to my leisure time.
