c. k.I’ve been a regular customer to The Secret Retreat for many years and I have my favourite treatments but love to try any new treatments or packages that Sam has to offer. Today I’ve been for the ‘Summer sensation’ treatment. My expectations were well and truly exceeded! I spent 3 hours totally relaxed and left feeling like I’d had a full day in a luxury spa. Sam is always so friendly and welcoming but allows you to switch off completely, I think I slept more today on Sam’s beauty bed than I did last night!
The treatment started with dry body brushing on my back and backs of my arms and legs, followed with a temple spa exfoliating scrub, removed with hot towels and then massaged with body oil. This was repeated on my arms and front of my legs with an exfoliating facial, hand and feet massage.
Once I had woken up and dressed I enjoyed a pedicure whilst drinking my chosen mocktail- an alcohol free gin and tonic (you honestly wouldn’t have known it was zero alcohol!) and a bowl of fresh fruit (strawberries, raspberries, blueberries, kiwi, grapes and watermelon). My pedicure was finished off with gel nail polish- all ready for my holiday on Monday! I will be adding this to my list of favourites!

j.I treat myself to an amazing back massage once a month at The Secret Retreat and just recently my husband treated me to a retirement present of a bespoke "spa day" which included 5 and a half hours of treatments and an "afternoon tea" lunch. I came out walking on air. Sam is a lovely, lovely lady, so easy to talk to and a very good listener. She will put you at ease and make you feel relaxed even without any massage. I highly recommend anyone to treat themselves to a treatment at The Secret Retreat, they are all amazing.

She is very professional and knowledgeable as well as skilled. She is happy to tailor treatments to your needs and uses top quality products. I travel from London for my secret retreat fix, thats how good it is!

a. S.I carnt recommend The secret retreat enough.. The treatments are absolute bliss. The Gua sha facial is amazing and can also recommend the hot stone, reflexology and Indian head treatments. Sam is really professional and gives a wonderful relaxing treatment in her lovely room ❤️

G. A.Secret Retreat exceeds all expectations of a pamper day and of any treatment you book in for. I've been a client for many years and had numerous treatments, all exceptional.....however the one I absolutely love is the full pamper day. I'm a frequent user of this treat: heaven is an understatement. Starting at 9.15am through until 3.15pm where else can you get a one on one multi programme of the most delicious treatments.....body srub, hot stone massage, pedicure, luxury facial and so much more to mention.....when you arrive you are welcomed with a personal robe and slippers along with fresh fruit and fresh juice: at lunchtime Sam made me a delicious plant based meal (lots of other choices including afternoon tea) and a wonderful glass of wine (hot and cold drinks also to choose from). After all the treatments you are left alone to relax on the heated bed for as long as you want to.....no wonder I'm booked in for my 4th time next week. Just amazing.
