M. F.Was recently at Lavender Spa and I have to say I really enjoyed the experience! But on after my treatment which included a scalp massage I realised I hadn't received it. My friend (who received the same package) had went in previous to me but I was out in relaxation room before her. When she arrived back and mentioned her scalp massage this is when I realised I hadn't received. So we proceeded to check out and I expressed my concern (being very pleasant when doin so) it seemed to be the owner I was speaking to and she kept coming up with "excuses" on why I might not have received it. Maybe it wasn't included in your package? It was! Maybe you got the extra time on your back because of tension etc. She also said the girl would of explained that if it was the case. She didn't! She said well you still would of got the same time on treatment as my friend. I replied no I went in after her but was out before her! So it was left that she would ask the therapist the question as to why I didn't get it! So I paid and so did my group and I was waiting for her to "ask the question"!! She didnt! When everyone finished paying she thanked us and said cheerio and I was left standing there! I just left but to be honest I wish I had of waited and reminded her to "ask the question"!! It kind of ruined my experience, not because of not getting the scalp massage but just the lady's attitude when I brought it to her attention
