Lesley is really friendly and competent. She gives advise on which massage technique would be best and on how to improve your movement and general lifestyle. I always feel a lot better after one of her massages (usually doing deep tissue/physio) and it helps me get rid of the pain in the long run. Cannot recommend enough!

Visited today for the first time. I was very impressed with the communication in arranging an appointment. I was greeted and taken straight to the room. The room was warm and cosy with nice ambient relaxing music. I had a 60 min relaxing massage and it was very pleasant and very relaxing. I will be returning again very soon
