I tried Ren clinic on a whim, and to avoid paying the high spa prices and I'm so glad I did. Absolutely amazing pregnancy massage with Helen, one of the best massages I've ever had. Being in my third trimester, I had been feeling aches and pains and this treatment certainly relieved some of that discomfort. Helen was very friendly and welcoming, I was so relaxed the entire time. Definitely recommend!

My first visit to see Helen at Ren Clinic. We discussed which treatment would suit me best as I'd recently had major surgery. I had a full hour of Reflexology which was super relaxing and I didn't want it to end. Helen was very gentle and made me feel very comfortable and in safe hands. I love Ren Clinic. I have fibromyalgia and come every week as it helps me both physically and mentally. Recently I developed a frozen shoulder following spinal surgery and I have found my massage and physio have been mutually supportive. Lovely environment (totally spotless) and the most beautiful oils are used. Helen is exceptionally knowledgeable and skilled; I felt totally at ease and comfortable with her from my very first massage which is rare for me. I have an hour Swedish massage and it is fantastic; I’ve had others at expensive spas which don’t come close to the quality given by Helen. If you have always wanted to try a massage give Ren Clinic a go I guarantee you won’t be disappointed.

I have been going to Helen, for massages, facials and lately reflexology, for just more than 7 years. She is absolutely brilliant at what she does. A dedicated professional, she adds to her skill set by doing courses to further her abilities. She is accommodating and will always find a slot for customers, she has done treatments for both my daughters (who live away) who thought their treatments were great. If you go for a back massage and on seeing her slight build, think that she can't give you a really deep massage, she certainly can! I love my regular visits to Helen, I come away feeling relaxed or invigorated, depending on the session. Great experience!

I’ve had a few massages at Ren, always professional and Helen has been able to free off sore and achy muscles when I’ve been injured. After a relaxing hot stone massage I felt reinvigorated. Fairly priced, excellent remedial treatment, clean and comfortable treatment room.

I tried reflexology for the first time with Helen, the treatment was relaxing and enjoyable, a few points were more tender than others but it was a very pleasant experience in a professional environment. I wasnt really sure what to expect by way of benefits, but the next morning I was amazed with how well I felt. I usually wake up with alot of stiffness in my joints, but after the treatment I woke up feeling fantastic, zero stiffness, I felt on top of the world. It's my new favourite treatment.
