H. W.Gwen has an amazing breadth of knowledge and an ability to pinpoint exactly where your issues are and work them out. Her sports massages are fantastic when you’ve got aching muscles or an unfortunate injury, and she is so welcoming and friendly you can’t help but feel at ease. It’s like being with a long time friend! She has really helped in the recovery of my hamstring/adductor injury and gives you great advice to continue working on the healing process at home.

S. J.I've used Gwen a couple of times and I am forever recommending her to people. I signed up to do the Edinburgh half marathon and during my training every 7km I was having to stop and stretch. Not only having regular issues with my hip flexors and my shins, I thought there was no way I was running the entire 21km. Thanks to Gwen, I achieved my goal, ran the whole event, beating my expected time by 28mins!! I'm still injury free almost a year later as she didn't just fix me, she gave me exercises with and without the foam roller to help me keep on top of it. I couldn't have done it without you Gwen :)
