Really great place, feel the effects immediately as you're walking out of the building. As an athlete I'm always glad to come. The massage therapist Robbie is really good at talking you through the positions he's putting you in, and it makes you feel more educated about how to take care of your body and avoid strain. Also he gives you good advice on stretches you can do to avoid whatever problem you come in for in future.

I've been impressed by Robbie's explanations for each stretch, movement or manipulation - why he's doing it and how it will help that particular joint or muscle. I cannot rate Robbie highly enough. After almost a year of chronic back pain after a leg injury & operation, I was on painkillers, nerve medication, using a crutch to walk. My pain levels high & mental health low. 3 sessions later, no crutch, pain down from an 7/9 regularly to a 2/4 & I feel light at the end of the tunnel. I'm not there yet, but wow, well on the way. Robbie knows his stuff. Neither my GP or NHS physio could help me. I feel like I'm getting my life back & also a plan to keep me in a better place physically from now on.

I needed Robs help to deal with severe restrictions in my neck movement and a lot of pain. Rob works systematically to isolate the problem, and to make sure you understand what he is doing at every step of the way. He gives you confidence and assurance through his knowledge and techniques that he can help you, and made sure I walked away from the first session feeling better than when I walked in. I was also reassured with the knowledge that that there was a plan to deal with my issue, and over a number of sessions Rob has continued to isolate the issue and work carefully to help me. Robbie's massage made the most difference in an hour I've ever experienced - very impressed. He analysed the shoulder and movement first so that he knew exactly where to target. It also helps that he's very friendly too. I really can't think of anything negative - he knows his stuff and you can feel the difference as you leave much more mobile than when you entered.

It is hard to find a good Sport Therapist in Edinburgh, I am possibly pickier than most clients as I worked in the same industry. Been to 5 physiotherapists, 2 chiropractors and an anatomist to get help with my SI joint and various shoulder issues. A few times I've thought I've really messed up, hopeless in gym, in pain as I felt miserable moving. Robbie's treatments have been the most successful 😁🙌 don't waste your £ and time anywhere else.
