Went to see John as had been suffering with back and shoulder pain, struggling to lift my arms 90 degrees from my sides without pain and told John about previous injuries and he focused on these areas, after the session I was able to lift my arms completely above my head hassle free. Just had a full nights sleep for the 1st time in weeks without waking up several times in pain and discomfort. Would highly recommend the service and John is a cracking guy on top of that who explains what he’s doing and why. Thanks again mate

I had a session with John today for a lower back injury. Having two slipped discs for over 2 years I have spent thousands on chiropractor and physios in this time and had nerve root injections at the hospital and nothing has worked for me so was told last month I needed surgery on my back which I'm not keen on getting so contacted John and he seen me after 2 days of contacting him. I would highly recommend him as he is very good at what he does just after one session my pain has gone away and I can move alot better already and was given good aftercare advice whichi will be using. Anyone suffering from lower back injury or any other injury should book an appointment with him he's a good guy and listens to you and wants to see you better. Just had an appointment with john my last one was 3 and a half years ago. I got a massage in turkey in April and they brought my seatica on. 13 years of chronic pain, facet joint syndrome, bulging discs at l4/l5, l5/s1. Ive had operations, spinal injections, physio, osteo, chiro, IDD, traction, pain management, CBT and have spent a fortune. Using a wheelchair for distance as unable to walk. Came across John on Facebook and read his reviews, thought I have nothing to lose. John phoned me within the hr, got me booked in the next day. He had a nice, relaxing, professional set up in his clinic and he was the same; hes very knowlegeable, has suffered from pain himself and genuinely wants to help people. I went in dragging my leg and struggling to walk up stairs, havent been able to walk any distance or stand for a long time. By the end of the massage he genuinely had me doing the stairs 2 at a time. Im not cured, i cant be cured but this is the first step to me trying to build up my strength and stamina by being pain free. Its not much but today i stood in the garden with the dog for 10 minutes with no pain and thats huge for me. Had been following Dms online watching the videos and reading reviews but was anxious to make an appointment. My lower back pain was getting worse so decided to fill out the online form thought it would take weeks to get an app, luckily enough someone changed app, due to a last min hospital cancellation so I got in the next day!! I have had problems with my right ankle since I was a baby . Tendon and ligament damage that was never corrected. I also suffer from hip dysplasia and had to have a full hip replacement in my early 30’s plus lower back pain that doctors could not find a reason for. John was recommended to me by a family member so I thought I may as well give him a try . Over the years no doctor , physiotherapy, chiropractor , pain management clinics etc have been able to help me or given me any relief from the pain . I’ve been told that I could possibly end up in a wheelchair. After my season with John I would like to say the pain in my back was completely gone . I seen Johns stuff on tick tock and after years and years of suffering from Sciatica that really just never goes away and just leave me worse after each bout especially stiffness and weakness once it ease off. I've tried chiropractors, physio's and all the medication that the nhs throws at you and every year i end up worse for it. Well with nothing to lose i booked 1 session with john and 1 hour later the difference in my mobility was unbelievable , was it uncomfortable yes but it highlighted to me the weakness i have from Sciatica over the years and john was able to release all the stiffness and tension from years and years of Sciatica in 1 Session. John told me at the start of my 1 hour session he aims to overcome conditions like mine in one session and he wasn't kidding the difference already feels like years taken off me and yes i probably could start my recovery now and work on my weaknesses but i feel personally that i will come back for 1 more session with John as after all ive had Sciatica for over 20 years and the damage done was for first time cleary evident when john was working on me and he made sure it was all but gone. I visited John as I was really suffering from pain in my neck and head. Not only did John work on this complaint he also worked on my hip as I'd been having slight problems with hip pain also. I have been in to see John twice over the last as I had severe back pain, could hardly walk or stand straight and also had sciatica down my leg and was in so much pain and had been suffering for months. I have suffered back pain since I had my son 10 years ago. John was amazing. For my first appointment, he opened early so that I could be seen as he could hear how much pain I was in! After one session I could walk, bend down, and move around freely without any pain at all. I could not believe it! The only reason I needed another session was because I didn’t follow his aftercare advice (to use ice pack regularly) so after a year I was back again. John is such a lovely guy, totally puts you at ease and explains everything as he goes along and is very knowledgeable. He also explains in great detail about what may happen afterwards( ie a chance of some bruising etc) which I experienced but this was well worth it to be able to get on with my life, plus you could not see it under my clothes anyway! This has totally changed my quality of life and would highly recommend to anyone who is suffering with any pain to get booked in with John ASAP!

I honestly have recommended John to so many friends and family. How he was able to change my pain level in one session and with lasting effect is beyond me. Just before seeing him for the first time I attended a chiropractor as I was desperate, they wanted to sign me up for twice weekly sessions for weeks potentially months and after 1 session with little to no pain relief with them John was able to fit me in. I was suffering from extreme tennis elbow for over 9 months tried physio acupuncture and the pain killers wouldn’t touch the pain. Met John on the street and told me about his machine. Before I went to John I was in hospital with a bulging disk unable to stand up straight. I was told by doctors that I wasn’t to lift anything heavy which included my daughter of 7 months. I was told to do physio and if that didn’t help it would be an operation which due to backlog with covid I would be waiting a while. I went to John using crutches to help me stand up straight and after one session I walked out without the crutches. John knows what he is talking about and is extremely helpful even after he has seen you. I had an appointment booked with John on Wednesday at 12 o'clock to see if he could sort out my ongoing back problems. I woke up on Wednesday and was really sore and struggling to walk. I went for a shower and had the shower on my back for 20 minutes to half an hour. John told me not to use heat but I found that the heat from the shower was helping me and it was easing the pain and allow me to move slightly better. I got out of the shower and while I was getting dried I started to get sharp pains down both of my legs,then my back cramped up and I was unable to Stand. I lay on the floor crippled in pain and unable to move. I text John to cancel my appointment as I was unable to make it. He phoned me right away then travelled to my home in Barrhead to help me. He has been amazing, giving me useful information which has helped me to get back on my feet. He has checked up on me constantly throughout the past 2 days and spent alot of time on the phone to him, where he has reassured me that I will be ok once the inflammation goes down. 110% recommend John and his services, hes straight to the point and doesn't mess around. Well I dont really know were to start! But this guy is absoulutey AMAZING! I phoned up yesterday morning as I was told by my doctor that I was suffering form sciatica however when I went and saw John in the afternoon and he knew straight away that this wasnt the case and I have actually got a slipped disc. He is not only good at what he does but he is very caring towards his clients and you can tell from the off-set that his main goal is to get you feeling better as quickly as possible. As with anything you require a few days to start to feel the results, so I am super excited for the next few days to hopefully be as pain free as possible. John seen me at very short notice , I had excruciating back pain for 3 weeks, went to nhs physio , private physio and GP prescribed me medication , none of this worked, I couldn’t stand, walk or even crawl , the pain was the worst I’ve ever felt , I went to A and E and was told it was sciatica and was given morphine , the morphine only slightly took the edge off the pain . I slowly shuffled into johns all hunched over , described my pain to John and he worked on the area that was causing me pain , John told me that my sciatic nerve was trapped under my piriformis muscle and within the hour I got up off the massage table and walked ! Having suffered for more than a year with chronic knee pain , I was having to walk with a walking stick and was taking morphine tablets to lighten the pain, the hospital done X-rays etc and couldn’t find the problem, I was given a cortisone injection into the knee cap that gave me relief for a short time, but the doctor said they didn’t like doing this too often. Could not recommend DMS Massager enough. I have tried multiple routes to try an alleviate the pain in my neck and shoulder - chiropractors, physio and normal massage sessions - none of which were able to give me the relief that John managed in one session. There is no pressure to book blocks of sessions or to rebook at the time - you just contact him when and if the pain returns (in my case it does because of bad posture). This is one of the main reasons I enjoy booking in with John - being pressured to book blocks or rebook can be very off putting and this does NOT happen here. If you're struggling with muscular pain or anything else I would highly recommend booking in for a session, he is very thorough and will not let you leave until you are completely happy with the area you were experiencing pain in.

WOW Honestly I'm Elated...in pure Shock after being treated by John today, I have been in Excrutiating Pain over the past 6/7 years with my conditions & they are Continuisly getting worse. I use to Box, MMA, Taekwando, Ladies Defence classes Rugby & Cycle. I have 2 Degenerated hips with Hip Osteoarthritis & Osteophytes, i also have Hip Bursa's, Sliced Axial S1-L4 & a Torn Disc in my spine, and knee & foot Osteoarthritis & constant Servere back pain. I have 2 crutches & a wheelchair for trying to get out wich is Impossible at times, the pain has been Unbearable, i seen John today & couldn't believe my eyes after treatment, John had me walk without crutches today shaking yes but still walking. I'm flabbergasted ! I've been on so many different medications trails & still on Morphine medication Daily & 7 days weekly plasters & still in pain & the pain is still always there, Until...today. I can't thank you enough, you were kind & understanding of my everyday struggles & promised to get me better & I'm so.. looking forward to my next session. The way you helped me today, honestly hand on Heart thank you so much, this is going to make an amazing change In my daily life, my sleeping routine & my mobility. I've booked a block session as the result are unbelievable I'm still in shock, I know this is what I need now, as you had me walking today & that's a miracle in itself !!! as I can't normally stand lond enough to even wait for the kettle to boil, without my body bucking, shaking & in server agonising pain, my conditions make it soar to sit, stand & walk anywhere, ive hardly slept in months due to pain. I would just like to give this guy a review for giving me my life back and giving me hope!!!!!! the last 5 years I have struggled to walk the length of myself... everything I done was painful! I needed so much medication before I could even get out of bed. I have suffered with severe back and leg pain due to having cauda equina! I have had 3 emergency operations which have all failed! with my first operation i had a leak in my spine and it caused meningitis so i have had so so many hospital stays. the 3rd operation I lost most of the feeling in my legs so I was in a wheelchair for a while! I have had to use crutches alot when my flare ups are really bad. i take alot strong pain killers.. pregablin, morphine tablets, morphine patches,morphine soultion, naproxon,nortriptlyn, and a few creams.. medication only took the edge of it but not for long ! I am a single parent to 2 young kids and everyday has been a complete struggle. i have missed out on so much with them. the only thing doctors could do to help me was just giving me more medication which was ruining my life and another operation is not an option ! so I was left in the dark with no hope with this awful disease. everyone I contacted to help wouldn't give me any treatment because of the risks! Went to John with lower back pain, Suffered from it on and off for years. Spent countless amounts with chiropractors etc and get a little relief but it always comes back.
