I visited yesterday for the first time as visiting relatives in Glasgow but didn’t want to miss out on my therapy treatments so googled and found Peaceful Haven. I certainly wasn’t disappointed Yvonne made me feel relaxed and comfortable from the moment I arrived. She explained everything to me step by step so I knew what to expect. The treatment room itself is absolutely wonderful and relaxing, worth a visit just to experience that! The treatments themselves were the best I have ever had. I had never experienced hot stones but will most definitely have them again. Yvonne I can’t thank you enough, I feel fantastic after my visit to you and will be back when I next visit Glasgow. You are a very professional and lovely lady.

Absolutely loved my time at Peaceful Haven today. I went for the Holistic Heaven package though I would have happily taken any treatment as they are all amazing. It was tremendous. So relaxing. You have to visit Peaceful Haven Holistic Therapies to appreciate fully how appropriately named it is. The beautiful, relaxing treatment spaces and garden create the ideal atmosphere. I attended Reiki 2 training which gave me a really good, solid foundation on which to build my future practice. Explanations and training materials were clear and thorough with a strong emphasis on practitioner quality and integrity backed with ongoing support. It was an experience in itself, way beyond a standard training session. Examples of how to personalise ones practice while maintaining core standards, demonstrated the depth of preparation, consideration and insight into the training given. I recommend Yvonne of Peaceful Haven Holistic Therapies very highly. In these times, self care becomes even more necessary so a treatment or training of this standard is a truly worthwhile investment in oneself.

So I held off from writing a review for nearly a week just so I could give an accurate and honest one. Yvonne squeezed me in when I reached out to her as I was suffering for 2 weeks with a constant headache, I booked in for a lomi lomi hot stone massage and Indian head massage combo. An appreciated personal touch was Yvonne contacting me to talk about the services and we agreed I would book what I did but if I had an active headache on the day we would only do the neck/shoulder part of the head massage which was fine. On the day I was made to feel so comfortable while Yvonne explained the treatment process and her room really aided in feeling at peace. The treatments were phenomenal!! I left feeling like I was walking on a cloud, I still feel like my neck and back are nice and loose. Also no constant headache for nearly a week. Yvonne is so professional yet makes you feel completely at ease with both herself and your holistic treatment. I was very fortunate in being gifted the “Stress Buster Package” and was just so impressed with all the treatments this included; back massage, foot massage, facial treatment (gorgeous lotions, scrub & hot towels) and finished with reiki. Have just had the most wonderful experience with Peaceful Haven! Have been to Yvonne before for Indian head massage and other treatments, but had a holistic body massage tonight. I chose the option of Yvonne using hot stones, which made the whole treatment even more pleasurable and relaxing. The heat made the massage deeper than I had experienced before, and Yvonne asked on several occasions if the heat was to my liking, which it was. She pinpointed my stress zones and worked on them easing the tension, and by the end, I was extremely relaxed and destressed. If you've not tried Peaceful Haven befire, I can highly recommend Yvonne. I've been a regular client of Yvonne's for a few years now and the temporary closure due to COVID 19 has made me appreciate it even more having really missed it over the past few months. I've had massages and facials from many different places in Scotland aswell as places around the world and I can honestly say none of these experiences have matched the incredible treatments and personalised and attentive service provided by Yvonne. Following my initial experience below, I’ve updated my need for ongoing pain management strategy using reiki. I am now able to alternate my traditional physio week about with reiki. The reiki journey is something to be experienced individually and a tremendous source of sustained relaxation which is assisting in my medical recovery...not to mention emotional well-being. Yvonne never makes you feel rushed and is intuitive when it comes to tailoring sessions to needs. Looking forward to my post Christmas visit! I've been for a few massages and this is by far the best and most relaxing experience yet.This lady really goes the extra mile and provides such a relaxing and amazing service. Hot stone massage was out of this world. Worth every penny and then some. Don't go anywhere else.

I had the 1 and a half hour. Hydro therm massage and 30 min reiki. The hydro therm was new to me and alligns the spine and keeps the body warm. I would highly recommend this treatment as it was fantastic.. Lovely massage. The reki was also very good. I will try and relax more next time as I have a busy mind ❤️🙏thankyou yvonne

Full disclosure: I am a Reiki Master, but like to have others do Reiki on me. Peaceful Haven popped up on my Newsfeed one day, so I checked out the page and decided to make an appointment after reading the reviews and watching the videos.
