My first time at the Movement Therapist and it wont be my last. I found Clare took her time to understand my lifestyle and past injuries before concluding on other current alignment issue. She was very knowledgeable and explained everything in a manner I understood.

I have been going to Clare’s classes for about 4 years now and definitely feel the benefit in hips, back, shoulders and feet. In fact all over! Her on-line classes have been excellent, great communications skills and easy to follow. Not only will your flexibility, mobility and strength improve but so will your understanding of your own body and how it works.

In Pilates classes, Clare has a knack of knowing exactly what your body needs for that specific day. It is impossible to leave her class and not feel better: your body moves and feels better; you are relaxed and refreshed. She can tailor every exercise to suit individual abilities and needs. Her attention to detail is astounding - she misses nothing in class.
I've attended many classes and instructors over the years. Many classes were they tell you and may even show you what to do. But Clare corrects you and makes sure you are doing it and feeling it right, not allowing your body to take any shortcuts. This means each and every class provides max benefit for your body.
I cannot rate Clare highly enough.

Clare is an absolute master of her work, I came in pretty vague to the source of my problems and she explained the mechanics of it all and explained to me why I was feeling the way I was when I thought that was just normal for me! She took her time to fully assess what was going on and was so good to work with! Taking time out of her own evening to send exercises to help me just shows how passionate she is about her work and I massively appreciate that... I’ve only had one session but I’ll be back for more 100%!

I attend my first Movement Class with Clare just over 2 weeks ago and can honestly say that I wish I had sooner! I immediately felt such an improvement to the lower back and hip pain I suffer that I booked straight in for a 1:1 session with Clare as I was keen to learn more and ask lots of questions!
In the 1:1 session Clare was really knowledgeable, patient and most importantly listened to me talk about my injuries, aches and pains, following up quickly with a plan of action for me to work on myself each day to reduce the pain. Already I am seeing huge differences, even with just simply things like getting out of bed in the morning and putting my socks on!
I continue to attend Clares Movement Class at least twice a week as her ability break down and explain simply the movements makes the class really easy to follow (but hard work physically l!). I cannot recommend Clare enough and look forward to booking in for a hands on therapy treatment soon to further my progress.

Clare provides an excellent expert class, with lots of variety to work on all parts of the body and also relaxing. You can guarantee tailored exercises to suit your own condition, ailments and ability while Clare encourages you to push yourself more and it's totally worth it! Excellent session with Clare for a sports massage after injuring my shoulder. Claire is magical and gave me huge insight into the workings and imbalances of my body, applying an array of techniques and massage to begin to tackle those imbalances and equipping me with a series of exercises to do at home for maintenance long term.Her deep massage skills brought blood to places that had be so deprived before! Visited for my first appointment this week. Clare was very professional, taking the time to understand my previous injuries that could be a factor in my stiffness and pain. Immediately worked on rectifying the issues and in addition offering practical exercises and useful tips to alleviate further problems. The difference 24 hours later was incredible. I saw Clare for an initial body work consultation to address chronic back and hip pain, and felt instantly at ease and confident that I was in safe hands. I was so impressed by her knowledge of the body and her skill in identifying and addressing the root causes of my pain. She took time to listen and understand what I was describing as problematic, and took great care in explaining what she was doing and the benefits of different types of approaches. She considered my experience throughout, always checking in to make sure I was comfortable. Hers is really a whole-body approach, and for the first time - having explored a range of different therapies over the years with little success - I feel that someone 'gets' what I've been struggling to resolve.The soft tissue massage I had towards the end of the session was hands-down the best I've every experienced. I left feling lighter on my feet, and confident that with her support - online classes and subsequent body work - I'm on a good path. Visited Clare on the recommendation that she is "the best in the business" and she didn't fail to live up to the honour. Within minutes was able to pinpoint the reason I am getting pain in my hip whilst marathon training! Then after a very thorough explanation about the mechanics of area and how it would cause the pain she managed to ease off a lot of tightness around the area and increase flexibility. She has since checked in to make sure pain has eased whilst running, great service, remarkable knowledge and highly recommended!

Have seen Claire numerous times in the past for sports massages to fix self inflicted back problems from working at a desk. This time round was a 1hr session to loosen up back, shoulders and neck muscles after lockdown. She has a very unique style which feels like a mix of traditional sports + Swedish massage, so it alleviates the muscular problems while leaving you feeling relaxed throughout. Would highly recommend as she’s very professional, and her chats not to bad either 😁. Will be seeing her again in the near future for more training oriented session to target problematic areas and to improve mobility/flexibility as well.

Claire was very thorough with my aches and pains trying different approaches to try and get to the bottom of it all. An all out great sports massage including the extra enjoyable tools (I’m the guy who enjoys the pain) with added exercises to really get my body moving again.
Followed up with exercises through text for me to use to help build myself back up in the ankle and foot mobility and pains.

I have had chronic back pain / issues for over 10 years and have done the whole goin to chiropractors, physios etc that probs everyone with back issues has tried. Within one session with Clare she identified issues with my feet, ankles and hips that have contributed to my back issues that were not previously identified anywhere else. She worked on these issues throughout the session aswell as soft tissue work and already I’m noticing a difference in my flexibility and reduced pain.

Visited claire for lower leg/knee pain. Amost full body mot later established the various reasons for this. Very impressed by the expertise and skill claire has. Most surprising discovery was about scars and how they affect your bodys ability to function. After mobilisation and vigorous massage treatment i stood more upright had more movement... I felt amazing! But what an improvement to tightness around large scar! Provided with educational videos and exercises at end of session for follow on. Thank you claire
