I don't even need to tell her what's wrong and she'll identify very quickly. She always applies the right amount of pressure, she just knows, without me telling her, there are days or even certain areas when she will use less pressure but it's enough because of the way my body is reacting, I usually prefer a very deep massage and on the whole this is what is given, I'm guessing it's her knowledge & expertise that allows her to adapt to the body.
If you're wanting something swanky, this is not the place. I'd say this is more of a local hidden gem, it is cosy, tiny & clean.
I actually travel to come to this place, and always go for the full body massage, totally worth it, and if you have the time opt for 1.5hours!
Plus note: there is free parking just outside or around the back.
I'm not sure what else I can say to convince you....just don't hesitate, like I did at first. You will not regret it!

She had a firmness of touch that seemed impossible from someone so slight in stature. I was left feeling calm and deeply rested, aches and pain gone! I've been suffering from chronic back pain for years and I can feel myself slowly recovering after each and every massage from her. I've been coming to her for years with my husband, even though we live hundreds of miles away now we always try and book an appointment when we can. This lovely women is so talented, everyone should get a massage from her!

Noose is an amazingly talent therapist. She has been working on a neck/shoulder/arm issue I have.
She brought my partner in towards the end of my session and demonstrated how she can help ease the shoulder muscular pain at home - in between sessions, and she even gave her some
massage oil to use when doing it. What a lovely human being!!
Coming here was my first experience of massage of any kind and, I can tell you - beforehand I did a lot of research. It certainly paid off.
I think I have found the best in the west.
