H. R.I’ve been getting the 60 min deep tissue massage treatment from Emma whenever I can. I currently work as a painter and decorator so my shoulders and upper back need attention sometimes! Emma spends time working out how you would best benefit from the massage and is skilled at addressing those points. Her room is calm and relaxing and I always leave feeling much better. Really happy to have found Wishing Wellness and would 100% recommend!

I’ve been going to see Emma for over a year and each time I leave I feel a parts of myself float a little lighter and I have a spring in my step I didn’t have when I arrived. I tend to get a deep tissue massage and Emma has been able to work on different muscle groups depending on where I’m holding tension. S. R.I would highly recommend Emma if you require a deep tissue and remedial massage, as well as any massage for that matter. I have been seeing Emma for the last 4 years and I can't thank her enough for helping my broken body, from a bad hip, issues with lower back vertebrae and shoulder problems. Every appointment with Emma is a real treat and helps go relieve the pain. She is also a wonderful and friendly person who really takes the time to listen to you and ensures she understands your issues. I always look forward to seeing Emma every month.
L.I had my first session with Emma yesterday, a deep tissue massage targetting muscle stiffness in my neck and shoulders which was causing pain and posture issues. Emma fully understood and got to work. I could tell even during the massage that she was working on my problem areas, and now today I can already feel the positive benefits of the treatment. I'm more comfortable. My muscles feel less stiff and rigid. I do have a couple of spots of tenderness over the areas that were the worst affected but all that does is reassure me that the treatment has real and effective impact. From previous experience that will lessen and then fall away altogether by the next couple of treatments. I'm so pleased that I found Emma, and I have booked in for my second treatment next month.

I’ve found the massages soothing, relaxing and a great self-care top up. Last one was while heavily pregnant and made me feel the best I’d felt in weeks!
