I can really recommend colon hydrotherapy with Mrs Khan at Revive. A few years back I went to a different clinic where I had colon hydrotherapy and it was a very different experience. It was uncomfortable and quite unpleasant. Therefore I was very nervous about my visit to revive but it was completely different. Mrs Khan was kind, understanding, plenty of knowledge regarding food and what makes a healthy gut. The actual procedure was gentle and quite relaxing. I have had six sessions and my gut, digestion is slowly approving which is huge for myself because I have had digestive problems for 25 years plus.

I could not recommend Najma highly enough as I was very apprehensive to start with. The whole experience was very relaxing, informal and very professional. I was given lots of help and advice on dietary matters too. I will certainly not hesitate to return to the clinic again 10/10.

I booked the three sessions as a package deal after suffering from bloating, constipation and feeling generally unwell. Najma was very welcoming and very professional. She made me feel very comfortable and relaxed throughout the process and she preserved my dignity through out. After the treatment she recommended on how I could change my diet and my liquids intake. Before my third session, I could see changes on bloating and constipation. I have recommended this to all my family and friends and I would recommend her to anyone out there. She is simply the best. Being a little wary about discussing such a private matter , I was delighted to find Najma was thoroughly professional, discreet and knowledgable during my visits , making me feel at ease, relaxed and comfortable from start to finish. Such a positive treatment for me. Having experienced bloating in my stomach with constant pain, I decided to give this treatment a try. After ten minutes I could feel the difference, apparantly I had trapped wind and afterwards was pain free. I have been going to Namja now for over a year and she has changed my life. I first booked in for a colon massage which is a good idea if you are at all nervous. The colon massage is very soothing and anyone who feels they just could not have a colonic, a colon massage and a reflexology treatment can really help.I have had these two treatments together and noticed a big improvement. Namja is very knowledgeable and will recommend different supplements you can try and also talks to you about foods you should eat or not eat to help your particle problems. The machine she uses is the most up to date using both warm and cold water to get the very best results. the room is completely private and treats are both professional and personal. I then went on to try Namja's Mi Health Scanner which picked up problems for example my back in just the right spot that I obliviously knew about, as well as other internal problems like my spleen. If you are feeling run down sluggish and just not well I highly recommend a visit to Namja.
