Wow! Wow! Wow! Went in knotted to the hills and in so much pain, Tracey worked her magic and boy is she magic! Walked out pain free and so relaxed. Tracey is professional, friendly and really down to earth and easy to talk to. Ladies, you so need Tracey in your life!

I can't recommend Tracey-Ann enough, her massages leave you totally relaxed, I had the full body massage and after the three 3 weeks I had had was exactly what I needed!!! And she really spends time talking to you and listening and tailors the massage to what you need done the most!!! And it's all done in the most lovely room complete with ambient music and soft lighting!!! My only complaint is she is about to go on maternity leave!!! Can't wait to rebook my next appointment!!! X

I had my first visit with Tracey-Anne the week before Christmas.... what an amazing lady she is. From the moment we spoke on the phone I knew I was going to feel comfortable with her. A great listener who truly put me at ease in a very relaxing and calming environment. Delivering a thorough and skilful massage, I would highly recommend Tracey-Anne at The Garden Retreat.

This was by far one of the most amazing experiences of my life. As a person who is very wary about having massages, Tracey-Ann put my mind instantly at ease. She explained everything that may happen during and after very clearly and gave me time to answer as many questions as I had. The massage itself was wonderful. She mentioned during some problem areas and how tension or pain in my toes was also related to my neck, who knew! Every piece of tension was worked through and I felt fully relaxed and comfortable throughout the whole session. I would really reccomend anyone going to see Tracey-Ann, she is a miracle worker, trust me as I now have monthly appointments and I'm a new person from it.

I booked Tracey-anne in desperate need of a deeply relaxing massage having physically felt like I needed to be stretched on a rack for quite some time. I found the initial Consult very warm, friendly and unimposing. Tracey-ann knows how to interact with people, making you feel nothing but at ease. The garden retreat itself instantly relaxes you the second you walk through the door. Tracey-ann caters for the individual. I could tell that there were no taught manoeuvres being used just to fill time. (This does happen in some places)She knows exactly which areas need work and doesn't hold back! But, it was very relaxing at the same time. I told her this but I was sold after the first hand! I will be strongly recommending her to everyone. A few hours on and I feel absolutely fantastic. I can't wait for my next appointment!
