I’ve have been using Luke’s massage services now for a number of years to rehabilitate and maintain a number of sporting/fitness injuries. Luke is very professional, extremely knowledgeable and shows a genuine interest in your well being and progress. I’d happily recommend him to anyone who needs an excellent massage therapist and wouldn’t use anyone else.

Luke has given me invaluable time not just as a personal trainer over the years, but also sorting out the many niggles, muscle tightness and injuries that come with training. I am a frequent runner, have an active job and also regular gym user. To have that experience and knowledge when it comes down to sorting out issues is worth every penny, even with a major pectoral injury last year, Luke helped me through the recovery with rehabilitation and training advice, and helped me get over the anxiety and fear of going back to a normal training plan and routine. Luke has helped my body be physically ready for runs upto marathon distance and all inbetween. As I feel you need a massage therapist who knows not only what they are doing and which muscles to target, but also participates in events himself and understands the strains and injuries the body endures. Put simply. Luke knows what he is doing. He is trained and has years of experience. He understands the body and its mobility and how to rehabilitate these injuries. I would recommend him to anyone and feel that if you are going to commit to any sort of physical 'goal' you need to invest back in your body and Luke is Deffinatley someone who can help you stay injury free, but also help when the worst does happen.

As a personal trainer, my life is revolves around exercise and with that comes a lot of tight muscles, potential strains, weaknesses and imbalances. Luke has given invaluable support and advice in addressing these areas, basically keeping me fully functional and working at my 100% best. This is a long review but i cant say what i have to without lots of words. I am 63 and suffer from rheumatoid arthritis and psoriatic arthritis. My blood pressure was high as was my cholesterol and I was taking a cocktail of drugs including 8 tramadol a day. I was told 2 years ago that i could possibly be in a wheelchair in 10 years. I suffered terrible pain 24 hours a day and sometimes had trouble getting out of bed. I started training with Luke. I was sceptical at first but after a few weeks i started to feel different. I could walk further and reduced my medication A year on and i have had my medicals. My medication is halved. Blood pressure and cholesterol as good as can be. Pain reduced a lot and according to my specialist the thought of a wheelchair is in the past. I feel a lot better and can walk easier. I am a happier person because of reduced pain. I even did the Race for Life muddy run. It was great and I managed every hurdle and obstacle. Thank you Luke. You have done more in 1 year than the drugs and doctors have done in 10 years. I look forward to the next year and my next challenge.
