J. C.The best and most effective sports massage I've ever had! I've had many massages, some of them assist with problems to a small degree. However when I went to Josie my back felt terrible, I couldn't even lift a 5kg weight. After leaving I felt like I could have competed in the Olympics. As well as being technically brilliant Josie had a fantastic energy which made the whole experience far more pleasant, even during painful moments of the therapy.

After only one session with Josie, I felt as good as I haven’t in years. Her fire-cupping treatment was spot on and helped identify all of the problematic areas. My legs were unlocked and working again, my back stretched out and no longer tight, my shoulders, arms and hands ready to hold the handlebars for hours on end again.
