I recently hurt my back and as a carer for a disabled child I knew I needed to have a more concentrated massage. I had seen Jake advertising locally and he was able to see me in good time. Jake was brilliant and very insightful. He shared with me what he had done and showed me on the diagrams too. Which I found really interesting and thorough. I know as a carer how important it is to look after my back, so I will definitely be seeing Jake again! One week on and still no pain. Thank you!

I’m an Ultra runner, and also train frequently with weights. I find sports massage is essential to keep me in tip top shape. As we age, the body tends to break down quicker. Some people may think at 55 years of age, it’s time to hang up my trainers. I’m thinking the opposite, with Jakes help what can I achieve. Jakes got me back on track. Not just physically, but mentally. I’m looking forward to placing well in my races this year. Jakes always polite, and professional. Lockdown really made me realise the importance of maintenance massage. Strong pressure, if you need it and very knowledgeable. Looking forward to trying some new treatments too.
