M. W.I have had problems with sore neck, shoulders and back for years, largely a result of working in front of a computer and exacerbated by a car accident. Not only did Gisele's massages help to relieve the pain and stiffness, but she also advised me very clearly on how I needed to correct my posture to reduce the problems I was experiencing. I wasn't even aware of some of the mistakes I was making, so her advice was invaluable. I also had trouble with very tight calf muscles that made walking uncomfortable, and one treatment from Gisele solved the problem. I would recommend Health Dynamics Liverpool to anyone who is suffering from muscular pain.

J. L.I first attended Gisele’s remedial massage sessions for a medical diagnosis of sciatica. I was in a lot of pain and this was my first experience of remedial massage. Gisele was very caring and made me feel at ease. She discussed everything with me and demonstrated on a model of a spine to explain the problem and how I would tackle the problem with exercise as well as the treatment she would be giving me. Although she could help to relieve some of the pain, she immediately recommended that I sought further medical assessment as she was concerned that I could have nerve damage, not just sciatica. Following her advice I had an MRI scan and she was correct and I had to have back surgery. After the operation I have had some more sessions with her and she has made it possible for me to return to work, virtually pain free. I have only the highest praise for her and appreciate her help, guidance and support.

T. A.Gisele is superb. Extremely welcoming and knowledgeable.
I have been visiting her due to a lower back injury that has plagued me for years; not knowing if I should turn to a chiropractor, physio or other professional I thought I would give her a try after spotting a flyer.
Gisele has offered me practical and useful advice which should stand be in good stead for years to come. I guess one of the hazards of her profession is that she's so good that she runs the danger of doing herself out of business!
Gisele will take a full view of your issue and talk through your history. For me it's then been massage and exercises to help alleviate the pain.
I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Gisele to people with similar issues.

A. M.It was when I was in a great deal of pain that I first consulted Gisele. I had no idea what I had done but had woken up one morning with a pain in my lower back. Whether my back had gone into spasms during the night or I had pulled or jolted a muscle I had no idea. But with Gisele’s skill, care and attention and holistic approach it has been like a magic wand has been waved and a miraculous cure conceived. I cannot praise her enough and would recommend her without hesitation.
