Couldnt be happier. I went in to see Chris the first time with a shoulder injury due to work, I was in a lot of pain, on medication and not sleeping and after only a couple of times of visiting Chris, the pain eased and movement came back. I went back again over spongilitis, as it was getting worse leaving me with pins and needles down my right arm and Chris fixed me again. I'm no longer on pain relief and free from pain. I'm so happy with the outcome and feel a hell of a lot better. Chris has also taken the time to provide physio exercises that I can perform in my own time, to help keep on top of this.

Absolutely fantastic! In the last 12 months Chris has created a couple of nutrition plans for me that has been bespoke for my lifestyle, requirements and goals and they have been really easy to follow. He has also shared some great recipes too! Chris has demonstrated and helped me with some brilliant mobility exercises and stretches to help my performance when training and to prevent me from injuries. On a regular basis I was receiving sports massage therapy from Chris to help with my muscular tightness in my back and glutes and can honestly say he is the best I have been to.
