Lovely massage. Sometimes a little painful when too much pressure added. However, I gave feedback couple of times and she quickly adapted the pressure to suit. Felt completely relaxed, amazing energy. Felt somewhat healed. Slept very well. I would go back again if ever I'm in London next. In my opinion it was worth it as I had a really wonderful experience. Thank you!

New discovery! I had a deep tissue massage here last week. It was done in the Thai massage style, but still deep tissue. The therapist was lovely and checked in with me regarding depth and comfort etc. Really good treatment, I would definitely recommend, and I am fussy about massage!!

Lovely little venue with authentic Thai massage & other choices depending on requirements (eg sports, relaxation, even pregnancy). Affordable at £50 for an hour! Great staff. My friends & I had a good time. Thank you ladies 😊

I had a classic manicure and shellac pedicure and 1hr facial from 7 day spa. The treatment were great . It's well worth the price. The staff were very friendly. I highly recommend anyone to go to 7 Day spa especially their facial treatment. It was very good indeed

Went with my friend for a couple massage, nice place, we chatted through it, so can't comment on the treatment much... Lol!

Mook is an amazing practitioner, I feel like she put so much into the massage and I really appreciated that. She only works on a Sunday fyi. My friend also worked with someone else and said it was one of the best she's ever had. She was taller afterwards! We both had Thai massages. I also had a facial and unfortunately I wouldn't recommend it. It was fine, the woman was nice and the products were lovely but in terms of a relaxing experience I think I would only ever have a massage here next time 👍

I have been getting massages (Thai, Swedish, Deep Tissue, Reflexology) at 7 Day Spa since 2017. I have branched out and sought offers with other providers but I always end up coming back here. The cost to value offer is yet to be beaten for me especially when considering the quality of the massages. The staff are considerate and professional, and the business is accommodating of schedule changes. I highly recommend this business for massages.

Second time at 7 Day Spa & I'm looking forward to the my next visit! Firstly, they were responsive on FB and I booked for a facial quickly and few hours later, arrived for my appointment. They were on time and I enjoyed an hour facial with massage. My skin was so soft after and felt very relaxed. Thank you!

My girlfriend and I went for a couples 1:30 hour massage. We had a great massage, I consider it possibly the best I’ve ever had. We both had deep tissue and it got all the knots and hurt in just the ways that you know it’s doing you good without being uncomfortable. Music was nice, room was clean, staff were friendly and helpful. So why 4 stars - the appointment started 40 minutes late. I got a call half an hour before the original start time asking me to postpone by 15 minutes - that’s fine. But when we arrived we still had 25 minutes in the waiting room. The staff were nice and offered us water and kept apologising but could have done without the wait. Also half way through the massage someone out of the room started playing with the background music which kind of killed the relaxing mood a bit. On the whole great experience. Just annoying on the late start. Do recommend.

I used this place for the first time today and went for the deep tissue massage as I had really bad back pains- I must say this was one of the best massages I had and my back feels so much better! The masseuse's name was Richa, she was very professional and pleasant and removed most of my knots- I was very pleased! She was really lovely and made me feel comfortable- Thank you... I will definitely be using them again!

I loved my first Spa experience in London!! Staff is friendly. Service was very good. I got back, shoulder and neck massage (30mins) and I loved it!! Then I got prescriptive facial massage(1hour) and I liked it too but there is no such “prescription” or test to see your skin type. Overall, I am satisfied with the service and would recommend it.

First time having a deep tissue massage at 7 Day Spa! Excellent and I will definitely go back again. The masseuse found all my muscle knots and was able to relieve them. Completely professional and put the correct amount of pressure when I mentioned that I have a knee injury. Gave 4 only because the rooms could be a little more sound-proof. Walls were quite thin, so could hear the neighbours getting a massage.

Where do I start? The service at this spa was wonderful from start to finish. The staff are warm and welcoming. My friend and I visted the spa for the first time on Saturday and we will be back. The massage therapist Doreen was wonderful! The massage I had today, was one of the best massages I have ever had.

Nice reasonable priced Thai massage place which is open every day until 9pm. They have decent offers available for combined treatments such as reflexology and massage for £42 (may 2018) walk in service available. Friendly staff. They also have a couples room so two of you can go together.

I took my boyfriend here as a surprise birthday present. We booked the couples massage which was great value for money. I chose the Swedish massage and my boyfriend chose the deep tissue which we both really enjoyed. The staff were lovely and very friendly they even gave my boyfriend and present when I told them it was his birthday. We would defiantly go again.
