I went to Amber due to shoulder pain from exercise. She was such a kind, reassuring presence and was really good at explaining what she was doing and why. The treatment she gave was really effective at pain relief, and our conversations before and after helped me understand how I could avoid future injury, and even some treatments I could do on myself at home.
