Me and my wife visited Artisa Spa, and we was instantly impressed with both the cleanliness, how welcoming the staff are and also the pricing. We was clearly explained the COVID procedure, what range of treatments they have and what treatments are best for different types of pain / issues and which ones are nice for simply relaxing. Everyone conducts them selves in a very professional manner and the treatments we received where amazing. I have travelled and recently come back from Dubai and have to say the the treatments and services here surpasses the treatments we received in Dubai.

Was greeted by a lovely lady at reception, she was very welcoming and provided water and parking permit as I had an appointment booked for 2 hours. I had the Swedish massage with an Indian head massage. It was a lovely and relaxing experience, I would highly recommend this place. The therapist was lovely and ensured she met my requirements. I was given a voucher for a pregnancy massage at Artisa and found everything to be professional from start to finish. The spa is clean, well decorated and has a calm atmosphere. The masseuse was polite and friendly. She made sure that I was comfortable at every stage. The massage was very relaxing and did not feel rushed in any way. My husband booked me a pregnancy massage and it was perfect, I’m now looking forward to my next one! Very friendly staff, nice clean space, good atmosphere. An excellent massage for pregnant women, the table is prepared with cushions to prop up your bump and rest between your knees, I was so warm and comfortable throughout and left feeling incredibly relaxed. A peaceful and calming experience.

This has become my fave place in the last few months… The full body massage I got was just what I needed. I often like to go there on a Sunday to get my body mind and spirit right for the the following day Monday and what I found is that whenever I have a great Monday the rest of the week has always been super special. Had a terrific sports massage. Unlike most masseurs, Laura was happy to dig in as hard as I wanted her too and she didn't ignore my glutes and adductors, which are very overworked. She was very communicative (but not too much) and struck the perfect balance of letting me direct the massage and letting her direct it. I just wish 2-hour massages were an option!

AMAZING. Me and my partner have always gone into central London and paid stupid money for very poor massages. Artisa spa is located in Leyton and we booked this last min. All I can say is this was THE BEST MASSAGE AND SERVICE I could of ever asked for and I will be going once a month for sure. We went for the full deep tissue massage and it’s only £70. Amazing! Honestly.

My rating of 3 stars and not 5 is based on the overall service received from start to end, leading up to my massage. I was advised by the manager, James to park on Osborne Rd because the parking zone is GGW and they would provide a free permit for the hour to cover that zone. In fact James the parking zone is not GGW but LNE. I had to drive round and round the neighbouring roads for 15 minutes looking for a road that covered the zone GGW. The confirmation email states to park on Huxley road and Buckingham road, neither of those are are GGW. When I asked your receptionists, they were none the wiser as to where or even what road I could park at which covered GGW. This caused undue stress and anxiety especially as I ended up being 5 mins late for my appointment and did not receive the full hour I was entitled to. The masseur was professional, attentive and I was happy with her treatment. I would recommend returning. However, the parking information which James provided is so inaccurate. You need to educate your staff and look into this please. Thanks

OMG! I had a 60 min massage with Senia - I can tell you it was one of the best masaages I've had. From the moment I entered the spa I was greeted with a friendly smile and welcome and offered some water. My massage was on time and very professional. Senia talked me through what she was doing and how it would help to relieve pains in my body. As a international karate athlete, I need regular massages due to the strenuous training I do and this is really going to help me. THANK YOU SO MUCH FOR SUCH AN AMAZING TREATMENT. I WILL BE BACK!

This was my first time at the spa, and there was plenty of good communication prior to the appointment to explain what to do (before going, on the day, after the treatment). The treatment was well managed, and there was plenty of good communication to ensure that I getting the benefit of the treatment (I had a deep tissue massage, and too much pressure on the muscles results in tensing up). I will be recommending this spa again, and will be looking to booking again in the near future.

I have been to a lot of massage places across the world and I have just had the best massage I have ever had on my doorstep! Helena was incredible. She just knew where all my knots were and how to release as many as she could. She is the best therapist at Artisa Spa in my opinion. If you like a firm massage, she is your lady. I had a deep tissue massage and it was exactly how it should be. It is very apparent that Helena has been trained in many styles of massage and therefore she is able to use all her knowledge to personalise a massage. I have already booked a session for my other half and I hope he enjoys it as much as I did. A+++++

Hi James, since you requested for additional information. We booked 2 spa sessions for both my husband and me. My session was alright. But, my husband ended up with a deep tissue injury in his back, which has still not healed 1.5 months on. His massage therapist used excess strength in the wrong place. Thus the 3 stars. This place deserves a 6*! It was my first time visiting this spa. I booked myself in for a 60 minute Swedish massage & it was absolutely amazing! My masseuse was the very lovely Camelia. She was very professional & made me feel so relaxed. She even recommended some exercise I could do to help with the pressure points. The only regret I have is not booking a 90 minute massage! The receptionist was also very professional & welcoming. I was very early to my appointment & he kindly gave me a longer permit. Great place! Can’t wait to visit again.

This is by far the best beauty salon I have been to, not only reasonably priced but each and every staff member I’ve had is so friendly and professional. What makes it even more better is that when you book online you receive 10% off! The only slight problem for me is that I struggle to find parking near by. They offer permits at the salon but only for customers who are getting long treatment. Other than that I would recommend this salon to anyone :)

I haven’t felt relaxed for a long time because Having a baby takes all your time😂. My husband booked me a body massage and a facial. It was done by a lovely lady(Greek red head 🤩) , she did not talk during my session unlike other salons and I appreciate that because I came in to relax not to chitchat. I will definitely come back. Artisa Spa is the best spa treatment company you will find in Newham, the organisation is well equipped and organised. Customer service is excellent and they really make you feel welcomed. I personally would recommend anybody that is looking for different types of treatment such as Deep Tissue Massage, Reflexology or Hot Stone Massage to go there. Location is very well placed in the heart of East London which is easy to find and pricing is very competitive. Thank you guys had a really good session.

Booked my massage for 1pm but I had an emergency so couldn’t make it. The receptionist was so kind and rescheduled my appointment on the same day. I forgot the therapist’s name but she was amazing. She made sure I felt comfortable and the massage was amazing. Some builders next door was making noise and at the end of the massage, I was offered 20% for the inconvenience.
