Fantastic deep tissue massage. Polite and professional service and a really nice environment. Worked loose the knots in my back and calves after a period of intensive exercise and training. Highly recommended.

I Had Booked a 2 Hour warm oil massage , which I have to admit was an amazing experience, I never knew I had that many muscle groups until Prim found all those muscle knots, using her hands, feet and elbows she expertly 'ironed' me out and felt totally amazing. The quality of all products used is high. The environment and room was tastefully decorated and relaxing . Staff are warm and welcoming on arrival, and so easy to find ( 3 mins walk from South Wimbledon tube station). Being a keyworker, this was the perfect remedy, well deserved and really well delivered. I will be back when time allows it. To you guys posting a 1 star... you clearly never visited the establishment and maybe should get a better job other than trying to trash a perfectly professional business.

I came here last Saturday for a Deep Tissue Massage. Excellent massage and service from the lady. Was given Tea and water on arrival. The room is lovely and relaxing with Thai music being played. Will definitely return next month and would definitely recommend to everyone to try. Thank you x

I pre booked a 2.5 hour massage - it's a relaxation package advertised on their website which I've been wanting to try for well over a year now. However there was miscommunication between the staff and after one hour into the massage, the therapist said 'all finished'. Clearly she did not check that I booked 2.5 hr relaxation day package. On the website it advertises the relaxation day comes with one full hour of hot herbal compress massage too, but they didn't have it so it took longer for the therapist to warm up my muscles and work on problem areas. She did however warn me that this was the case at the time of booking. The actual massage itself did not make me feel as relaxed as I could have felt due to her technique, however I can appreciate that she worked on my knots and was able to identify those problem areas. This is why I'm giving 3 stars as she identified the knots to work on. However overall, the massage did not feel as relaxing as I'd anticipated. Again this is purely based on the therapists technique, as opposed to the pressure. I like a medium or medium to light firm pressure but the massage technique was quite fast paced instead of slow, so it felt rushed. I feel that if they had the hot herbal compresses as advertised, she would not have felt the need to rush or be as harsh to get into the muscles. She checked the pressure was okay. Whilst the pressure was great for removing knots in problem areas, she didn't incorporate it with any softer/ slower massage techniques. When it came to my head/ neck she remained the same amount of pressure which I feel should be more gentle as it's a sensitive area but instead felt more 'pinchy'. Anyway, this part was short lived as the massage soon came to an end. When it finished after the hour, I thought that I shan't bother telling her it's supposed to be 2 n a half hours because she obviously tailored the massage to last for one hour so it will all be messed up plus the connection was already cut and I was too confused with what's going on. My eyes were still shut. I didn't want to risk more disappointment. Whilst I was putting my clothes back on the other therapist/ manager knocked, came in and asked me if I booked 2.5 hours (which she knew because she came in to ask me) and said she can get the therapist back to do another hour and a half. I politely declined for the reasons I've just said. I felt the room temperature was not maintained; it started off perfectly warm but for the last 15-20 minutes felt colder. After I got fully dressed I explained that I'd rather not extend the massage because I'd rather have a relaxing massage separately to the one I received. I thanked the masseuse. She said something to her colleague in her language whilst I was talking which I don't know what she said. The positives are that the room was very clean, dim lighting was good and I was offered a dainty (slightly taller than a shot glass) but tasty lemongrass tea at the end. I feel with a bit more communication things could have been different. I was still charged full price £50 regardless of them messing up the booking. I gave it to them because I respect that she gave me an hours massage. Would have been professional of them to say £45 for their errors. For this reason I probably won't return to give a second chance.

I had massages in diffrent places, but this one was the best. From the biginning all was fantastic. Rooms are decoraited in very oriental style which make you relaxed and calm.
