Had an incredible relaxing massage here. The therapist really tailored it to my body, she could tell where I had tension and worked on those parts. Often at spas you can feel like the massage you receive is quite formulaic but not here, it was totally unique to me and she incorporated a head massage as well. I came out feeling really relaxed but also much looser as she’d worked out some tough knots in my shoulders. Really lovely and friendly service too. Will definitely be going back regularly.

Had a deep tissue massage for 45 minutes yesterday which was amazing. I couldn’t move my neck before that for a couple of days and today I had full rotation back again. Decided to go back today and get a 30 minute medical + 15 minutes of cup massage and then added another 15 minutes of lower back and legs. Couldn’t be any happier. Get there before 3 pm, you get 10 quid off.

I went for lower back pain treatment and had acupuncture, massage and cupping. Definitely feeling the benefits afterwards. Will be going back. Highly recommend!
