For the better part of eight years I have been suffering with a number of training related issues. Impingement in my shoulders, pain in my elbows, and tightness in my traps. I’d been to a number of so-called sports therapists Over the years but nobody really seemed to address the problems so I guess I just gave up and trained through the pain. I have had two sessions with David so far. From our very first meeting he was able to identify imbalances in my posture simply by looking at me. We have identified the most problematic areas and worked on those in our two sessions and I must say that The improvements have been nothing short of astonishing. My mobility, ability to move through my range of motion relatively pain free as well as the quality of my sleep have substantially improved. we still have a lot of work to do. However it is clear from the improvements I have made after just two sessions that I am in the right hands. David has an extensive knowledge of the human anatomy and the fact that he is also a bodybuilder means that he can relate to a lot of the difficulties that come along with intense and heavy weight training. I highly recommend this guy. Definitely the best in the business in my experience.

I just want to say that David has phenomenal knowledge and experience with regards to massage therapy as well as nutrition! I received an incredible deep tissue massage today which has not only increased my range of motion drastically but has also substantially reduced a lot of the pain I had been suffering with for approximately 2 and half years! My pain has been due to having rotator cuff issues due to wear and tear from heavy weight training over the years which resulted in me developing bursitis, tendinitis and a tear within my left shoulder. David was very thorough immediately spotting knots within my shoulder area which had reduced substantially by the end of the session. Prior to the session I had real difficulty raising my left arm above my head however by the time we completed my session I was able to raise my left arm just as high as my right arm if not slightly higher which had me feeling ecstatic! David from my point of view comes highly recommended and I 100% suggest that anyone suffering from long or short term injuries visits this amazing man ASAP to get the healing process started. All of this has come from only my first session with David today and I am already booked in for my 2nd session in a week's time! I saw 5 different physios before visiting David and they all took the same approach resulting in very minimal and temporary relief for a long-term muscular injury. Davids approach is based on getting the body in balance and treating for long term goals. He knows the anatomy and muscular system better than anyone I've previously visited and uses a serious of techniques and tools. Now, the sessions are painful but that's the point, it's about battling through areas which are stubborn and injured through physical manipulation and David is fantastic at it. I only wished I discovered David earlier. He's a big guy and can be intimidating but he's listens and makes you feel comfortable and explains exactly what's he's doing and why. I developed a trapped nerve in my right glute as a result of not properly doing my warm down stretches after a 15k run. The pain got so bad that it made sitting at my desk very uncomfortable. I went to see David and straight away he managed to target the source of the pain (my GP didn’t even find it!) David is a God sent number one sports therapist. He’s been looking after me since January 2021. My training sessions are very intense, as I am a wellness athlete and I train legs 4 times a week. I need regular treatments of my muscles and joints, therefore, I see David twice a month. How does the session go down? He first asks me what issue I’m experiencing then he visually assess me and suggests the best solution to tackle the problem. He also gives me advice on how to improve on certain exercises, gut health or whatever other questions or concern I may have. Without him I don’t think I would’ve developed so far in such a short period of time. I recommend him not only to fellow athletes but also regular people who are experiencing any discomfort or pain due to muscle soreness/aches and joint issues.
