Both times Gloria has been very professional and caring. Using all natural ingredients, she takes the time to explain what she's doing and is fully adaptable to the multiple allergies that I have. She keeps the place clean and tidy - balancing the coherence of Covid rules and making it a lovely relaxing place. She specializes in massages and waxing but I'd recommend her to anyone, especially for the amazing purifying facial I just had.
