Great massage. Hito helped with a small neck issue and overall the experience was professional, friendly and super relaxing. The suite the massage takes place is beautiful, it feels like a spa with a spiritual vibe. I had half an hour with Allesandro and half an hour with his colleague. Both were excellent for an overall wonderful and relaxing experience.

I went to Alessio with vertigo that had me home, on the sofa, unable to do work or go out. Within weeks of his treatment, he had sorted the issues with my neck and ears. I feel so so much better and I walk out of every session with the satisfying feeling of progress. I have used the services of Alessio’s at Hito for a couple of years a variety of muscular and impact injuries. Having sustained a heavy-impact knee injury and consulted a couple of other physios to little effect Alessio stepped in an made a distinct difference quickly. He listens attentively, was able to accurate diagnose the problem accurately and after one session I observed a noticeable reduction in pain and an increase in movement. He has been willing to provide telephone advice and offered a number of aftercare exercises. I have found him equally effective for a variety of separate knee, ankle and back strains suffered due to bike and football injuries. I would highly recommend Alessio for all physio work.

Alessio is absolutely great. I went to him recently with a sports injury (muscle tear in leg) and I think my recovery wouldn’t have been quicker and long lasting without his help. I’m back to playing tennis 😃 He’s very professional, in constant communication with you and available for consulting via email or text if you have questions outside of the session. Also provided me with regular stretches and exercises program that I need to do to strengthen my muscles. Not only has my injury recovered well, I’ve also noticed more flexibility due to his sessions and the stretches and exercises I’ve continued. Would definitely recommend Hito and Alessio if you need Physiotherapy

I was surprised by how much the combination of manipulation, stretching and the use of pressure on key areas has helped my body to realign. I have had M.S for 35 years and went originally about a rotator cuff injury. However I have had treatment in my legs as well and over 10 sessions I have noticed a real difference in both my stamina and posture . I have now started doing a 5 k walk once a week and a 3 k walk twice a week . Before treatment I struggled to walk 3k .

I had a niggling pain down my leg for a few months (which I thought might be piriformis syndrome) and I went to see a few different practitioners, but nothing really helped me. Alessio managed to get rid of it in just one session! He explains things in simple easy to understand terms and gives good follow up exercises so that you can do things to help yourself too. Highly recommend if you've got something going on with your body where you're not sure what's going on.

Great experience!!! Alessio has a very holistic approach...I went for a chronic left knee pain and he found the root of the problem analysing my posture: the other knee never fully recovered since the ligament reconstruction so I was compensating with it, up to the hips and the lower back over loading all my left side...he fixed me with one long session using this amazing gentle technique called Myofascial induction therapy combined with Cranio-Sacral and, of course, home exercises. Truly recommended!!!
