If you want a really good, deep and effective massage, you would be hard pressed to find anyone better than Amy. She is a highly skilled masseuse and very knowledgeable about the body, it’s musculature and fascia, as well as being a thorough professional and a really lovely person. Amy goes above and beyond using a variety of techniques to bring about the best outcome for her clients. She will also advise on stretches and exercises to help speed up recovery. I can’t recommend Amy highly enough.

Amazing deep tissue massage by Amy! I had a bad calf strain from running- I literally could not run due to the pain. Amy did a great deep tissue massage and provided great more holistic advice to improve. I would definitely recommend!

I came across Amy at The Refinery and can't rate her highly enough. I've seen Amy a few times, but I was blown away by how much she was able to help me when I was suffering from severe SPD pain during pregnancy. I had been in agony but within just a couple of days after the massage the pain had almost entirely gone - I couldn't quite believe it but am very grateful!

I had monthly pregnancy massages with Amy from my start of second trimester to the day before I went into labour. Amy is an incredible masseuse every session was tailored specifically to how I felt and my stage of pregnancy. I had no aches and pains during pregnancy despite putting on over 4 stone and was able to remain active throughout which I credit to Amy's massages - I normally started to feel sightly achy a day before each monthly session but then the massage reset and realigned me for the month. Cannot recommend enough for anyone pregnant or who just needs a good massage.

Such a great massage every time with Amy- she really knows her stuff! I go to her every month for a specific treatment. She seems to get the balance just right between gentle and relaxing as well as firm and releasing pressure that I always need to do deep breathing with! Will continue to go back and recommend to everyone I know who needs either a relaxing mind massage, or more of a physical release/healing treatment.

Amy is very good at not only delivering expert therapy but also at providing you with daily and lifestyle advise for physically combating some of the painful symptoms, so that you can carry out your days with ease and be more aware of certain things you could do better to resolve back and body pain. She is simply one of the best therapists I've ever come across.

I was introduced to Amy while working on some postural correction for a series of massages to ease muscle tension. In our first session Amy listened to what I had to say about areas that needed work and after a few sessions I was moving more freely than I had in years. After this I was hooked, and I now travel from Maida Vale just for her massages. Amy doesn't JUST give you an amazing massage experience, she really tries to get to the root of your issue for long term healing. I went to see Amy because of upper back and chest muscular pain that I'd been having on and off for over a year, and after only two treatments my pain was significantly reduced, and i haven't had a sleepless night due to pain since. She gave me amazing advice on what to follow up the treatment with (stretches, breathing exercises), and even sent me an email the night of my first appointment with YouTube video links for a stretch sequence. GO SEE HER! NOW!

Amy is by far the best masseuse I have ever had the pleasure of coming across. During my pregnancy she was able to alleviate all of my aches and pains and really understood my body and what it needed better than I did. Every minute of my massages were pure bliss - Amy applied the perfect amount of pressure (I like a really firm massage) and it was nice being pregnant and not having someone afraid of giving a hard massage. It honestly made my pregnancy way easier on my body - plus it was a bonus having Amy's massage to look forward to each month. I left feeling on top of the world, which is just what every Mumma to be needs - how anyone survives pregnancy without Amy, I'll never know! I also continued post birth and again Amy was able to work her magic for myself and my husband (who is also extremely fussy and found Amy to be the best masseuse he's been to!) Hands down London's best massage not just for pregnant mummas but for anyone who wants someone who really knows what they're doing and what the body needs.

Amy is literally a miracle worker. She amazes me everytime I see her. Just by looking at you she can assess where your body may not quite be at it’s best. She uses a range of techniques and each massage is tailored to exactly what you and your body need. At times it’s not exactly relaxing but it’s always exactly what you need. I tend to refer to her as my body worker because for me she does so much more than just massage. She’s also a beautiful person to boot. I can’t recommend her enough.
