N. C.I booked Keogh's mobile service for my boyfriend who suffers with back pain and tension. My boyfriend has never had a professional deep tissue massage before and was slightly skeptical but Keogh's professional and approachable manner made him feel comfortable instantly.
After his session with Keogh, my boyfriend is now a complete convert and is booking regular sessions. Whilst the physical benefits were fantastic, via Keogh releasing knots and manipulating his muscles, it was the mental benefits that impacted my boyfriend the most. Keogh got to the root of a lot of tension that had manifested itself physically and he woke up the next day after the best night's sleep he has had in ages, feeling relaxed, calm and ready to face the day.

As a professional dancer, and thus someone who quite frequently gets massaged; often I meet therapists who during the session get “tired” and start to decrease pressure and not meet the depths of the muscles needing to be reached - the complete opposite of what you want in a deep tissue massage - however I was thoroughly impressed by Keoghs ability to consistently apply the required pressure throughout the session without showing tiredness or therapist-fatigue; showing me he has not only studied his craft, he has also trained for it.
I woke up this morning feeling refreshed with a considerable reduction in overall body tension so Thank you again for yesterday Keogh and I look forward to booking with you once I’m back!

The massage itself was unique in experience as it involved not only massage, but also manipulation of the joints and deep pressure points, with lots of breathing exercise to ease the process. I came out feeling re- energised and my body felt more in align. I would definetly recommend trying it, but it is not your typical massage as it's inspired by the East. Keogh himself, is a polite and professional therapist and it is evident he has a passion for the Raynor technique.
