Jadwiga has been helping me recover from an abdominal surgery and get back into training. She has a great skill at targeting the right spots. She's great at explaining the problems and how she fixes them. She's the most knowledgeable massage therapist I've ever met. I feel better after every appointment! She always gives me practical stretches and exercises to help me to continue addressing my problem areas in between appointments. If you're looking to address some deep tissue and muscle pains, make an appointment with Jadwiga!

I was preparing for my 10K run in May, when I started to feel pain in my leg. I am not a regular runner and I was treating this event as a challenge so I felt very disappointed that after all my efforts and time spent on it I was not able to do my run. This is when I went to see Jadwiga. After first treatment I was quite sceptic if I can run again. I would have never imagined that the muscles in my leg can give me so much pain! Next day after treatment I went for my regular run (part of my training program) and to my surprise it felt great. I even had a better time and was not as tired as usual. I see Jadwiga every now and then when my body decides to give up on me. I greatly recommend her to everyone!

I booked Jadwiga for a Swedish massage at home. She arrived on time, bringing her massage table, towels, lotions and music. All I had to do is walk from my desk to the massage table! Before starting the treatment, she examined my body and asked about health issues. Throughout the massage, she adjusted the pressure according to what I wanted, in order to get the results I was after. My body felt light and flexible for the next two days! Jadwiga is very professional, polite and tailors her massage to the needs of the client. She is knowledgeable and can recommend better options for a specific condition. I've been trying to find a high quality massage service in Dalston for a while. Seems like all the swanky places are further south. Jadwiga turned out to be exceptionally good. She's much more methodical and attentive than I expected. She checked my posture first, then asked me about my stress levels, injuries, and overall physical disposition. From there, she tailored the massage to address specific areas of tension. It was great to find someone competent and attentive so close by.

As a massage therapist she has a wealth of knowledge and understanding of muscle structure and function which allows her to identify key problem areas to help release any pain or discomfort. As a PT coach she's very good at listening to what your goals are and providing a structured plan to help you achieve these. I would highly recommend her as both a massage therapist and a PT coach.

I initially found Jadwiga from researching reviews such as this and I am delighted to say I have not been disappointed. Jadwiga is very knowledgeable and skillful and quickly identified several contributing factors affecting my lack of shoulder mobility that hadn't been identified previously. As well as treating these areas, Jadwiga provided multiple mobility and strengthening exercises to assist with my rehabilitation. In just 3 weeks I have already started to notice considerable improvements . I would definitely recommend.
