Monika is a refreshingly honest therapist who really is qualified. Upon meeting her you feel that you are in safe hands. The more you get to know her you now know that you are in safe hands. With my recent medical issues her physiotherapy background certainly has been a tremendous benefit to my overall health recovery. In contrast to my experience with a physiotherapist who wanted to charge me approximately £170/hour !!!!! You enter in emotionally and physically stressed. Monika's philosophy is that her therapies addresses the mind and body. After treatment at the hands of Monika's kind professionalism you leave floating. Also her treatments fully compliments my exercise regime. Equally important is how pleasant and kind a person she is. Truly a cost justified experience...

I am middle-aged man who came with back pain and asked for help. This was the most relaxing massage I've ever had. Monika is very friendly and makes you feel extra comfortable. The atmosphere was totally peaceful with soothing music playing in the background. Her hands are amazingly soft and her fingers are pleasantly firm. I received a very professional service and my back feels 10x better. I cannot wait for my next appointment. I highly recommmend this place Artur

I found Monica on Facebook and was not sure quite what to expect, but I was in pain so decided to book a session. I did wonder why when I had back pains she was spending so much time on my legs. It turns out that was causing serious tension in my lower back and I walked out in much much better shape. I have been back a few times since usually when I have an injury or in pain and can safely say Monica knows what she is doing and deals with the issue. Her prices are reasonable and I am happy to recommend her.
