I would highly recommend the therapy for anyone suffering long term pain. Such a massive difference to my body and the pain has been more manageable and feel so rejuvenate masha Allah. Looking forward for my next appointment soon.

Having known Haroon for a while, I already knew of his extensive knowledge regarding human anatomy (in regards to martial arts). During a seminar in Frankfurt I met with Haroon in his hotel room for a check of my lower back as I had problems in the months before. As I knew my posture was a bit off, he kindly offered to treat both. My posture improved on the spot and I was amazed by the before and after photos we took. Haroon uses a combination of treatments within his manual therapy, being fascial and deep tissue massage as well as chiropractic treatment. Afterward he sent me some daily exercises to fully profit the treatment he gave me. I highly recommend Haroon’s treatments and already look forward to meet up again for a ‘tune up’ (although that may take a while unfortunately, as I am from the Netherlands). Seek him if you have any postural problems, restricted movement or other muscle problems! Best treatment is guaranteed!

Had a great first appointment ! I have chronic pain issues, particularly in my neck and back area as a result of a motorbike accident and old sports injuries - with varying and often disappointing results in the past from other clinics. But already after the first treatment here, I have had a considerable improvement in my mobility and a significant reduction in the pain level ! Being a therapist myself for over 10 years now, my posture and my back was in an appalling state. We treat and fix our clients but we don't look after ourselves unfortunately. On top of everything I had a very bad injury to my left shoulder as my crazy Pressa is growing and getting stronger, she's been pulling me quite badly for some time now. Due to the injury I could not lift my left arm more than 45 degrees and even that I was stragling with and in a lot of pain. It was affecting my work to the point I've decided to give this NWMT treatment a go. I've had three sessions so far. After the 1st session I could lift my left arm above my head and to my amusement the pain level went from 9 to 3. After 2nd and 3rd sessions my posture is so much better and even if I slouch or forget about it I immediately feel my back correcting it's position. I met Haroon in a hotel in Frankfurt. He was visiting the city because of an invitation to teach there as a martial arts teacher. When I told him about my long-standing back and neck issues, he kindly offered to treat me on the spot. Although we unfortunately only had limited time, his treatment convinced me. Review from Tahir Amin I've known Harun as a Martial arts Instructor for a fair few years, I didn't know he was a physical therapist until a few weeks ago. When he told me a week before my appointment that he could sort out my shoulder issues in pretty much one session I wanted to believe but at the same time I thought it was too good to be true. I have been suffering from shoulder clicking and popping for nearly 2 years, that I tried to address with stretching and excercise to no avail. I had quite severe restrictions in my shoulder movements which were also rounded forward. Pain levels were around 4 out of of 10. First Harun assessed my condition, which took about 10 minutes. The method of treatment was a mixture of a kind of ASTR, massage gun, and chiropractic adjustments. Straight away, as he was gently scraping my shoulder fascia, I could feel release and slow relief in my muscles and movement. The combination of all 3 techniques was wonderful. All the way through the treatment, Harun explained why and what he was doing. The whole session lasted approximately 1 hr and 15 minutes. I felt Harun really put 110% into the treatment. By the end I felt so light and relieved. I had full unrestricted movement, I stood taller and my shoulders were square on to my body. Pain was down to 1 out of 10. Harun explained that I have to do his special excercise routine daily to maintain my gains, which I have been following religiously. So 5 days after my treatment how do I feel, I would say 8 out of 10. I didn't expect a 100% recovery soo quickly, but compared to before where I was 3 out of 10, I'm in a much better place, and I feel if I continue diligently doing my excercise, I'll be A ok. I cant thank Harun enough for the treatment, it was a real eye opener. I throughly recommend this form of treatment it is a game changer. I intend to have my hips and lower back worked on in subsequent sessions.

I came to see Haroon after I injured my lower back (squatting in the gym), limiting my mobility and causing severe pain. I was amazed after the first treatment I was 90% back to normal. He not only treated the issue, giving me pain relief and allowing me to move naturally again, but he carefully and considerately explained what the issue was, its causes and aggravators. I find Haroon extremely friendly, genuine and more importantly cares about the patients need. Since my first treatment, I have revisited again for a full body alignment. I can't recommend highly enough.
