I worked with Catherine weekly for nearly 3 months while I was on an extended trip to London and had an excellent experience, so much in fact that I plan to see her whenever I come back to London during my multiple trips per year. I often skip the massages when I travel (mainly because I don't know who to go to that will understand me), which usually makes me feel lousy by the end. This time I said I'd be diligent and stick with my regular routine, and I'm so happy with that decision. Not only did Catherine help to maintain and improve my areas of difficulty (particularly spine, shoulder, hip and mobility issues), she opened my eyes to new types of treatments such as lymphatic drainage that I have continued to do once I got back home. I had a noticeable positive change in sleep quality immediately after the first lymphatic drainage treatment, and the treatment has continued to be effective for me. I highly recommend Catherine whether you're a local to the city or just visiting for a short period of time

Mario is the best (massage) therapist of any medium i have EVER experienced, i've had everything from reiki to reflexology to physio and just 4 sessions with Mario has change my life more than any of these ever. He is so dedicated and experienced, and also ensures that his clients walk away with instant results. I felt as if he was unlocking me from the prison that was my own body. releasing muscles that were so locked, i actually assumed that they were bone!!!! NEO MASSAGE - CATHERINE - Unlike the other therapists I have seen, Catherine personalised my treatment to the areas I had treated, and specifically zoned down to the areas I was most swollen and bruised. Most therapists work in what seems a routine, with their set areas regardless of the areas you had treated. Catherine worked longer on my neck to awaken my lymphatic system, and then used an appropriate amount of pressure (some are too gentle/too hard). She focused on my ankles & feet rotating them in ways I am not able to whilst healing, and I noticed the swelling pretty much disappear overnight. No other therapist has achieved what she has done, not to mention a lovely customer service she provides upon arrival too.

WOW WOW WOW. I had my first ever sports massage yesterday in a desperate state to recover from an injury and get my trainers back on. I am training for the London marathon and 10 days ago got chronic pain in my calf. I went to see a physiotherapist who ruled out anything serious and sent me away with instructions to carry out strengthening exercises. Desperate to recover ASAP I googled sports massage in my area and I was amazed by what I found. I came across Mario and was luckily enough to see him the same day. From the moment I entered the practice I felt like I was in expert hands. Mario was extremely interested in hearing about my history and the problems I was experiencing ( far more than the physiotherapist was I have to say). He carried out a full consultation and assessment and then began to work on the problem. Mario really spent time working on the troubled area and I could feel results instantly. In my opinion I hit the jackpot when I found Mario. An absolute genius at what he does. Go and see him - you will be amazed by the results.
