Fantastic experience! I visited Nives due to limited mobility and constant stiffness caused by lack of stretching and working long hours on my desk. What impressed me most was her ability to assess my problem quickly and then apply the right treatment. She was extremely diligent, professional and most importantly gave a fantastic service! I recently had a treatment with Gua Sha / Graston technique which for someone who is only typically used to for relaxation massages thought may be aggressive. I felt amazing after. Fully energised and that was right after a work out. It's incredible how just by increasing the blood flow to your body you feel so much more alive. Will be doing that. Thx N. KM ps I have some injury to my left upper leg and it felt much better and less stiff.
