L. C.I’ve had an intensive course of Thai massage from Yokie, 2 sessions/week for the last 3 weeks.
It’s halfway between an excruciating
Sports massage that targets one injury and an all over spa massage that relaxes you on
the day but changes nothing .
So it’s painful at times, relaxing at others, but it gets to the roots of multiple problems.
I’ve had Intense shoulder and neck pain for 9 months which has now finally gone.
Also Yokie has been unlocking the stress held in my back which had caused 40 years (yes that’s forty years folks) of chronic migraines and backache. Sometimes I’ve had 20 migraines a month and been popping Imagran like it’s going out of fashion 😊
Believe me when I say that during that 40 years I’ve tried everything from Harley Street specialists, NHS and homeopathic medicines , yoga, chiropractic treatment, osteopathy, physiotherapy, cranial osteopathy, acupuncture, personal trainers, yoga, alcohol etc etc. And still no relief.
However this intense and sustained treatment is actually working. I’d definitely highly recommend it....but only if you a have the courage to take a bit of pain to get the gain you dream of.. but never dared to believe possible.
