My experience at the hands of PBR was first rate. I was out at ease and after a brief consultation I was horizontal and relaxed. After an injury to my shoulder there is always some sensitivity but this was carefully handled and only experienced relief as a result of the mild manipulations. Before long, I was entirely at calm - both mind and body. I shall certainly be back for more.

Yesterday I had my first sports massage at PBR. The specialist immediately found my knots and applied the best treatment and pressure to relieve my specific concerns. I walked out feeling like a whole new person. I think it may have been one of the best massages I’ve ever received, and I’ve had my fair share! I can’t wait to go back!
