Had an amazing 1 hour «Powerful massage» with a massage therapist named Rio. Very professional and friendly. I felt great after. You even get a small body butter from the body shop!

I go there especially because of the therapist/masseur Río, whom I know already since a year. I followed him as he is just fantastic. I had such bad back and shoulder problems, but since he treats me it is almost down to nothing (my fault: computer work). I definitely recommend him. The Massage Salon Jade is small, but very cozy. Very friendly, calm and and relaxing atmosphere. So all in all: I am VERY happy there and will go back.

I am very glad that I did have a powerful massage at Rupert Jade arranged by a phone booking. The staffs are really skillful and friendly. The place is really cosy and hygienic! Yes, they did have an offer to be done by 1 male and female professional masseurs so my partner and I had a couple massage in a room as we don't mind as long as they are professional and skilled. My partner said it was an amazing massage as well as mine. I would definitely go again!

I would absolutely recommend a massage at Rupert Jade to anyone! The entire experience was amazing from start to finish. The foot massage was incredibly relaxing and sorted out aches and pains I’ve had for years. We were treated by Kin and James who were both very hospitable, friendly and polite. They took care of our every need and now we feel completely rejuvenated! The building is very clean, visually appealing and in a great location. And the price was totally affordable, especially compared to other massages in the area. Suffice to say we’ll definitely be coming back. Thank you so much Kin, James, Eva and the rest of the staff at Rupert Jade for the best massage we’ve ever had.

Highly recommend had my first massage here today and was very impressed on how it has helped with my back pain, I asked for a focus on the lower back as that was where the pain was concentrated and after the massage from Kim my back was much more comfortable and relaxed, staff are very friendly and professional and space is very clean will definitely be back :)

I was reccomended this place by a friend. At first glance the shop looked very well decorated and clean. I have been in alot of shops in London which are dated. I was greeted by a very kind receptionist who quickly arranged my massage quickly within 2 mins. I went for the 1 hour deep tissue and was very impressed by the massues. Got the pressure just right and knew exactly where to press the points in my back. Goes without saying I will be back again.. Hughly recommended.

Today while I was walking in the street luckily stumbled upon this shop. I have had tons of massages all over. This has to be one of the best massages I have ever had. My masseur was Eva, a Chinese girl who was very professional. When the massage was finished I came back as a new person. I felt like most of the tensions in my body was addressed. I would be definitely be back for more massages in future. Highly recommend, Jiju.

Favourite place in London for a massage! All the therapists are top notch here. I come regularly and am never disappointed. I have regularly had 90-minute deep tissue massages and reflexology here. You are served tea or coffee before and after the massage, if you wish. In addition it is good value. Always very good quality massage no matter what therapist. Clean facilities and friendly staff!

I was greeted and attended to very quickly. I had a couples massage and they had the room ready within a minute or 2. I had a masseuse called Khin who is AMAZING!!! HER HANDSSSSS!!! Soft/medium or hard... I swear she can alternate according to your body and gave me great advice about my injury

My family and I had a massage here while visiting London in February.. We were super tired and jet lagged from all the sightseeing and walking, and popped in to book a massage. It was around 8 pm at night and we had to wait around 30 minutes as the therapists were busy with another customer. I had a really bad heartburn and sore back, and the massage therapist (I think her name is Eva) literally made me feel brand new!! I've had quite a lot of massages before and I can confidently say she was one of the best, very professional with good techniques, she knew what she was doing. Thank you Eva for helping me recover, I could postpone my travels around Europe feeling fresh! I wish I could fly back to London just to get a massage again with her lol. My family however said their therapists did an 'okay' job.. Ambience: My mum and I were taken to the downstairs room which was pretty cramped and had an off putting ambience at first, however I was in a couples room with my mum so I felt more at ease.

I went to Rupert Jade on Sunday Evening and I gave a try to take 30mins Reflexology and 30mins shoulder massage with my wife. I had an injury on my neck because of wrong position of my sleeping before I get my massage. I told my therapist (Rollen) and he fixed it for me like a Chiropractic doctor. Now, I am alive back to my normal life! His Reflexology is really effective to my feet.. those are very stiff and painful.Thanks for his massage and I will return back when we need our massage again.

Really great experience. They were able to accommodate a walk in and the massage was excellent. I like stronger, deep tissue massages so I went with the powerful massage and it was incredible. It was the first time a masseuse used the pressure from her knees and elbows in such an effective manner. Super recommend Kim !!

I recently had a deep tissue massage with Allan at Rupert Jade and got an excellent service. Allan was highly trained in this area and he has really helped with a long-term shoulder issue I've had. I would definitely recommend a visit for any aches and pains or if you just want a relaxing massage. The staff are all lovely and welcoming and you are offered a range of complimentary teas and coffees. I will be back soon!

Was at Rupert Jade Massage Shop 2 days ago. It was busy, but I made a booking for 3 hours later with the ladyboy Kanya. This ladyboy used a very good massage technique with oil; she told me she had a certificate from a school on Phuket in Thailand. I already book my next 2 massages with her.

This small shop have a Thai female massage and Thai ladyboy massage..!! So I went to Rupert Street a couple of times and have to say that they are gorgeous! On the ground floor is the reception area, all massage rooms are in the basement. It's very nice there and quiet, especially the room no. 5 where I had the massage from the ladyboy. The only room that got a room shower inside. But, they clean the oil off you with a hot towel after your massage or you could take a shower afterwards too.
