Jo is very welcoming and friendly. Excellent Covid-19 precautions taken, without making the experience too different from before. The venue is great and the sports massage very effective. Would definitely recommend, especially as an intrinsic part of my marathon training and success!

It's rare you meet someone that is just made for their work, but Jo is exactly that. Friendly, warm and welcoming, you feel at ease the minute you walk in; and the studio's great - the setup is lovely.
Once you've gone over all your information, including any medical issues and/or particular problem areas you'd like to work on, Jo not only works wonders whilst providing treatments, but she also kindly recommends work you can do yourself to improve issues and alleviate tightness or pain. (She's also great to chat to if that's your thing whilst being massaged!)
I'm incredibly sad to have moved from London and no longer be able to visit, but I urge anyone else looking for an excellent sports massage to get an appointment booked with Jo. Your muscles will thank you!
Thanks Jo for your talent, skills and passion. All the very best to you for the future.

I had a brilliant post run sports massage with Jo 3 years ago after the Ealing Half Marathon which really reduced my recovery and stiffness time. I recently saw her again to reduce some back stiffness and it's definitely helped me. She is really friendly and hugely knowledgeable about running and nutrition among lots of other subjects. Great person to chat to whilst being pummeled! Thanks Jo.

Having a sports massage if you are someone who trains on a regular basis should be part of your training routine. My legs feel less heavy and my training is more consistent as well as ensuring I'm injury free. I get a 1 hour massage with Jo on a regular basis and really see the benefit. Jo has a great studio with loads of parking. Jo is highly professional and really understands how to make you feel relaxed and tailors the massage specifically to your needs even if that changes each week. Highly recommended!!

Needed a good lymphatic massage and a general relaxing massage. Jo Jennings was recommended to me and so I booked her next available appointment. I am from the US and I have traveled all over the US and had many, many massages so I have lots to compare this massage to. Jo takes the time to get to know you and your health issues and how she can help. Being so new to the UK and learning the bus system, she even met me when I got off the bus so I would not get lost finding her place. You can’t get better than that! The massage was exactly what I needed and I immediately knew I could relax, I was in good, expert hands. I have a significant curvature of the spine (scoliosis) and have trouble even walking at times. I highly recommend her to anyone, don’t hesitate, she really knows her stuff. I can’t wait for my next massage!

I visited Jo at SaddleDrunk for my first ever sports massage last week and can't recommend her more highly. She is friendly, professional and (as proven by the certificates on the wall) definitely knows what she's doing! Until visiting SaddleDrunk I'd usually favour a therapeutic massage to soothe my aches and pains. However, this massage proved how effective a sports massage is when done by someone who really knows their stuff. It's what I needed all this time! Thanks Jo, I'll be seeing you again very soon.

Jo is without a doubt the best remedial sports massage therapist I have had the pleasure of meeting. Not only is she the loveliest person who makes you feel totally at ease but she also is incredibly knowledgeable and professional. A true artist in her field. She really helped me get back on track after a recurring shoulder issue. I recommend her highly! My whole saddle drunk experience overall was fab! Thanks Jo :)

I went in about 2 weeks ago to get a sports massage, specifically focusing on my hamstrings, quads and glutes - all were really tight and, I have since discovered, contributed to a nasty knee injury I picked up whilst running a number of weeks ago. Jo went to work for an hour and, although the knee requires some further treatment, the energy-return in my legs has really improved (seeing as they are no longer like "blocks of wood", as Jo described them).
I will certainly be going back for another round of treatment after further races down the line.

I had the most amazing sports massage. Jo reached muscles I didn’t know had. As a office worker with bad posture, I often have neck / back problems. Felt Jo goto the muscles that are strained and managed to release them. Really felt the difference.

I had an incredible Sports Massage with Jo - who was extremely warm and friendly - and I cannot recommend her enough. Her injury assessment was thorough and detailed and helped to inform my subsequent treatment which was fantastic and now thanks to Jo my injury is on the mend. I would highly recommend Sports Massage with Jo at Saddle Drunk.
