Well what can I say……both Helen and Suzanne were the most amazing fun teachers I have ever had. Over lockdown we took A&P over zoom with Helen, personal I find leaning by reading books hard as it doesn’t stick but she made the classes soo fun each Wednesday evening I looked forward to it!
Suz was excellent at teaching us the practical, she knew how to push us as a class and made it really fun to learn and said silly saying to remind you to do things. I still got her in my ear every time I treat someone now “slow down Jack 😂”
I would highly recommend this school and everyone in my classed passes with flying colours !

I attended an Anatomy and Physiology course here from January to April. Because of the pandemic it was all live on Zoom with the classes recorded as well, which was actually an added bonus as good for revisiting and checking on information missed in class sessions. I haven't studied for many years and was a little nervous to how I would manage but Helen was a fabulous teacher and made the classes so much fun and was really engaging . I enjoyed learning about all the body systems and Helen had some humourous ways to remember some of the information and tricky names. A really great course 😊

I had an amazing experience learning holistic massage at SNT. Tutors Helen and Suz created and held a focused, supportive learning environment, presented the content engagingly and paced the delivery to a tee. Anatomy and Physiology was taught online, which worked really well. My journey with SNT is not over and I'm really looking forward to attending further courses.

I have taken 2 classes with this School, Holistic Massage Level 3 and Deep Tissue Massage, and I cannot recommend it enough: all the teachers I have met were extremely experienced and passionate about what they where teaching. The classes where fun and challenging, and they always give generous and constructive feedback. We are taught diversified techniques, how to take care of ourselves as therapists and how to the body works as a whole. If you are seriously thinking about a career as a massage therapist this is definitely the place to go.

One of the best learning experiences I've had. Helen, Suz and Joseph all have a personable approach to education and I'm really happy I enrolled at SNT

I did the ITEC level 3 Holistic Massage diploma with Suz and Helen and it was top class - I would highly recommend. The A&P segment of the course was taught via Zoom which was very effective as it saved a lot of time in travel. Helen is a very involved and animated tutor and really breaks down the daunting workload over the course and makes it very fun and engaging. Because the content was memorable and expectations were clear, I felt very prepared for the ITEC exam by the time it arrived.
Suz is a fantastic massage tutor - she made the classes fun and worked with us all to build our confidence in our skills. She brings her own experience and knowledge to the learning and answered the many and varied questions I had for her. She also sets out the workload very clearly and helped us to prepare for our exams.
Melanie and Trevor delivered an excellent business unit which helped me really take a deeper dive into how I would apply my new skills to the real world once the course was over and think about the nitty gritty of being a massage therapist which was hugely valuable.
There is a huge amount of work between the business principles project, A&P content, massage write-ups and independent study but it is all delivered clearly and with the support of expert tutors and reasonably set deadlines. I have been working (more than) full time alongside my study and it is a lot of work but I couldn't have asked for a better set of teachers to deliver the information and am very excited about the next steps.

Here at School of Natural Therapies, They care about you and your Education, Excellent Tutors. I really enjoy my Level 5 in Clinical Sports and Remedial Soft Tissue Therapy, it's intense but fun and very interesting. Strongly recommended!!

A professionally run school that provides high quality education and support for its pupils. I enjoyed studying my Level 3 Anatomy, Physiology and Pathology course so much that I have signed up to spend another year studying Reflexology with them. My course tutor, Helen Cameron-Lee ,is an outstanding teacher who makes learning fun and accessible.

The School of Natural Therapies was recommended to me during my search for a suitable school to learn reflexology, and I am so delighted that after extensive research, I too decided that the school of Natural Therapies was the best option and it certainly was. Every member of the team that I had the pleasure to meet was engaging, professional, supportive and approachable. The passion and energy that Julie and Helen had for what they taught was infectious and made learning a creative and exciting experience. The business unit was profoundly important and helped me develop my business ideas into fruition. Whilst the pandemic impacted the time during our learning, the school and tutors evolved to the situation swiftly and excellent resources were put in place so that studies could continue with minimal disruption and in a very positive, calm and collected manner. I was blessed to work alongside such amazing and like-minded fellow students and I am so happy to have made some excellent friends for life. With whole-hearted sincerity I recommend the School of Natural Therapies with every fiber of my body.

Taking the Anatomy & Physiology course here at the end of 2020 was the best choice I made for myself, and I have now signed up for their Reflexology training as I know the teaching will be of exceptional quality and that I'll have an enjoyable learning experience. Helen (and the other tutors! ) are incredibly knowledgable, engaging and very supportive of your learning and future goals, and I hugely recommend signing up with this brilliant organisation. The classrooms are in a great area off Clapham High St so very accessible, and every effort is made towards covid health & safety. I can't wait to be back!

I studied ITEC Holistic Massage here from September to December and would highly recommend to anyone looking to further their studies. They were all fabulous teachers providing helpful learning tools and support. I went into my 2 exams with confidence due to the training and guidance that they provided.
We were also restricted to COVID - 19 rules throughout all sessions and I felt safe throughout my time there as sessions had been adapted for us.
They kept communication thorough and consistent and were always just an email/call away.
Overall a fantastic experience! Thank you Helen, Suzie and Trevor! :)

Helen and Suz are brilliant! Helen's rhymes and mnemonics made tackling the daunting amount of anatomy, physiology and pathology (A&P) knowledge a breeze. And Suz's energy and expertise were key to mastering the massage routine and reinforcing what we'd learned in Helen's A&P lessons. They navigated the lockdowns safely and with our learning in mind, and made sure we were kept abreast of the latest changes to ITEC's guidelines regarding coursework, exam dates and safety restrictions. The diploma is a lot of work! But it's very rewarding. Helen and Suz keep the energy up, and the Zoom sessions are actually fun (these are for A&P with taster practicals which start in earnest when visiting the studio is safe and allowed). I can hardly reccomend SNT more highly, especially if you're concerned about the current situation affecting the course. You can trust Helen and Suz to go the extra mile.

I have re taken my A&P exam after completing a series of classroom lessons in Clapham. At last I passed!
I enjoyed this method of learning with Helen, who took on board the personal problems of my dyslexia and attention deficiencies she helped me overcome these worries and encouraged my learning skills with a greater confidence than before.
This course included Zoom which I found very helpful as I could refer back to the recordings and deal with the parts covering my original weaknesses. This I could do as often as I needed and at anytime I could dedicate the time for learning.
I felt Helens approach to taking different hangles towards her teaching was very helpful to me.
At first, during my first course I felt that I was slower at learning as I had personal problems that interfered with my attention spam. Eventually I had to have days off which interrupted my progress.
With Suzannah's style of practical massage, I overcame my difficultlys and once again got my enthusiasm back. I found that reducing Trevors business study unit, was now enjoying and I understood it clearly. This at first was a problem as he seem to be too busy at times to respond to my questions but once this was resolved I quickly amended my unit to his satisfaction, and passed.
I would love to join more courses with this team and college and greater other qualifications.
Thank you all immensely

I was so anxious about getting back into education after so long but I needn't have worried. Helen was an amazing tutor with so many helpful tips for revision. The school is a small one and that just adds to the family feeling you get there. I've just received my exam results and I did amazingly well which is absolutely in part down to the excellent teaching at the school. The course is intense but you feel supported the whole way through. I would recommend studying here 100% and I'll be back just as soon as I decide exactly what I want to do!! Thank you Helen, Suze and the rest of the team.

I've just completed the ITEC Level 3 Diploma in Massage! I cannot say how much I recommend this course and this school! When I started this course, I had an interest in massage therapy but I had no idea about the world of holistic/ complementary therapies and what it entailed. Helen and Suzannah were brilliant tutors. Helen is a fantastic A & P teacher who makes the course content interesting, enjoyable and lessons with her left me feeling prepared for the final exam. Suzannah was brilliant at answering all of our questions and helping us to develop our massage techniques. Both of them were very patient and filled us with confidence whenever we felt overwhelmed. I was very pleased with my exam results and I feel excited to begin a career as a Massage Therapist!

Had an amazing experience at SNT with the fantastic Julie teaching us reflexolgy!! We went into lockdown but the show must go on!! Regular zoom lessons and constant contact via WhatsApp with classmates and our teacher ! As soon as we were out of lockdown Julie hosted a socially distanced lesson in her garden ( which she did not need to do) and made sure we had a few extra lessons to ensure we were ready to pass our exam! Julie is so passionate and knowledgeable and it was an honour and a pleasure to be taught by her. I feel confident in the starting my own business in reflexolgy. Would definitely recommend this course and this school. I loved every minute of my learning and met some fantastic women!! Thank you so much !!

I have been studying Level 3 Holistic Massage since February and just received amazing results!!! Despite not being able to go to the studio, my group have been learning online through zoom meetings. Helen is an incredible teacher! I wouldn’t have been able to achieve to this standard anywhere else. Can not recommend SNT enough! ❤️

I recently completed a Level 3 Anatomy, Physiology & Pathology course with a good result, thanks to Helen. She is an amazing teacher, her teaching style is funny but effective. Even though, it was quite an intense subject, Helen managed to make us laugh so that we were not bored with the lesson. I’m glad I chose the School of Natural Therapies.
E. K.
I cant recommend the school of natural therapies enough! I began my course mid lockdown and was very impressed with there ability to adapt our theory lessons to being over zoom. I looked forward to class every weekend and Helens teaching was engaging and effective. I am happy to say i have sat my exsam and passed! I felt the most prepared for any exsam i have ever sat. I cant wait to get started with pratical lessons which i know will be just as well thaught!

This place changed my life. The people I met on this course will stay with me forever. The teachers and beyond amazing! They supported me through every little bit of the course, they put so much love and effort in to teaching us. The staff supported me from the beginning to the very end. I now have such an interest in the human body something I never thought I’d have thanks to the amazing a,p+p teacher Helen! And suz! I couldn’t have asked for a better and more considerate massage tutor! I would highly recommend this school for studying. I personally completed the level 3 holistic massage course with a,p+p. Go sign up and they will honestly make your life complete!

5 stars aren’t enough. Helen and Suz made learning fun, enjoyable and where full of encouragement. I can’t wait to learn more through courses that the school offer and wouldn’t go anywhere else.

I recently completed my ITEC Level 3 Diploma Massage, and I highly recommend this school to anyone who wants to develop their skills or who is a beginner like me. Both Tutors, Helen and Suzannah are really knowledgeable, and they make every lesson interactive and enjoyable. Also, they are always available for any question or direction it might arise during the course.
I look forward to developing further my massage skills whit the Scool Of Natural Therapies by doing the other courses available in the new year!
Thank you very much for all the amazing time and support.

The school is amazing! I was looking for a massage curse where I could have a lot of suport as English is not my second language and Suzannah and Helen were fabulous all the way through alwyes teaching and explaining my doubts even though email.
I will get my diploma.
Thank you School of Natural Therapies for me was the best.

Amazing school! Would recommend to everyone! I have done AP&P only this time but will be coming back for a massage diploma in January.
Helen - AP&P teacher leads heat classes in very knowledgeable and fun way. She makes sure that it all stays in and is easily memorable.
H. H.
I recently completed the A&P course with Helen and would highly recommend it for anyone who is looking for an introduction to complementary therapies or to refresh their knowledge. Classes were interesting, engaging and fun and I felt supported throughout.
S. R.
I did the AP&P course with Helen. Fantastic experience! I have already booked the January course of holistic massage. Thank you very much Helen! You have been the best and more passionate teacher I never had in my life!

I have been lucky to receive the best knowledge and education I can get at School of Natural Therapies. I have returned to this school to complete my studies and to build my knowledge numerous times and I have never been disappointed.
Thank you Helen Cameron-Lee, Suzannah Agrippa, Julie Quinn, Iris Kettner, Joseph O'Dwyer, Trevor Gorard and Luke Hedley. Thank you for sharing your knowledge and passion for massage, reflexology and wellbeing! I have been lucky to cross my path with all of you. You have made learning fun and you have made school environment friendly and non-political. I can see that you all love what you do, and you all enjoy working together and it does make a massive difference to your students.
F. F.
I had an amazing experience studying AP&P. I really enjoyed the class and the way Helen taught us. I really would recommend this course to anyone who is considering a career in this field.

Comprehensive courses led by experts in their respective fields. Excellent communication, clear structure and support. The SNT have also navigated the impact of Covid-19 with great professionalism, clear communication and grace. You're in safe hands.

2 days course advanced and deep tissue massage
The course was fascinating! Joseph has a very deep and extended knowledge and he able to blend it with a proper amount of jokes and funny stories which make it easier to digest. Excellent course, excellent teacher! Thanks again:) See you on sport massage level 3

Attended the Pregnancy massage course yesterday with Annette, she was calm and very knowledgeable, friendly and attentive. Didn't feel awkward at all.Recommend.

Excellent choice of school. Efficient , high level of materials supplied by enthusiastic and passionate teachers. Have obtained lever 3 and 5 Sports massage certificates and Kinesiotaping with Joseph. Excellent, passionate A&P and massage therapy tutors Helen, Iris, Luke and Trevor I had pleasure to meet. If you are looking for school this is no doubt the best choice. The course was detailed and in-depth without being confusing or too overwhelming. - Supportive, extremely skilled & knowledgeable, great teachers and good resources and advice. Do not hesitate and book your course. Good luck and enjoy

I have done all my massage courses with School of Natural therapies and also I recommend to other friends that are very happy with the courses. Teachers are professional, friendly and passionate about their job which it’s inspiring and beautiful. ( Joseph, Helen, Trevor, Suz)
After the sports massage course I gained so much knowledge and I feel confident and professional.
a. s.
I took part to the deep tissue massage course with Joseph. He is very inspiring and knowledgeable; he gave us useful information to strengthen our techniques and understand where most of the common soft tissue problems are coming from.
Definitely recommended!
B. H.
The best start one can have to your massage / soft tissue therapist career. I still constantly keep getting asked where I did my training. Joseph, Trevor, Luke and all the tutors are amazing, supportive, fun yet serious about ensuring their students are the best they can be to represent this industry in a professional manner. So grateful I made the right choice studying there :-)

This is a fabulous school to learn in, I cannot recommend it highly enough. I have just completed an ITEC Level 3 in Anatomy and Physiology over 3 months, which was an absolute pleasure, intense but made completely fabulous & fun (yes fun!) by the truly amazing and inspiring Helen. Without doubt the best teacher/tutor I have ever had the privilege to learn from. I did the course as part of a Reflexology diploma and Julie, the tutor is also another wonderful human/ tutor! If you are looking around for a course in massage, reflexology etc, don't look any further, there is no need.

I studied both Level 3 Holistic Massage and Advanced Deep Tissue Massage at the School of Natural Therapies this time last year. Helen, Suz and Joseph were all amazing teachers and I can't commend them enough. At the beginning of the Holistic Massage course, I couldn't comprehend how I'd be able to learn everything that I needed to in just 3 months, but with the tools available, combined with the very high standard of teaching, I ended up passing the course with Merit! I have now started my own massage therapy business (with help from my business plan that I created as part of one of the modules in the Holistic Massage course) and couldn't be happier. Thanks so much to Helen, Suz, Joseph and the rest of the team at School of Natural Therapies! x
J. A.
Just completed the 2 day Advanced Deep Tissue Massage course and it was more than worth it. It really helped build and develop what I'd learnt on the Massage Diploma I'd completed at SNT, encouraging me to move on from the more routine fundamentals I'd learnt and react to what I was seeing/feeling in real-time. Clear, thorough yet concise teaching, equipping me with some great tools/knowledge I can use going forward. A great investment both in terms of time and money!

I have done recently my ITEC level 3 massage course with School of Natural therapies and I recommend. Teachers are professional, friendly and passionate about their job which it’s inspiring and beautiful. Many Thanks

Is a great school and I highly recommend for anyone who's interested in new things. The teachers are great, professionals and with a massive knowledge helping you all the time. Thanks

I did a deep tissue training at this school last summer. I have received very in-depth, thorough training and I feel confident in delivering deep tissue now. The teacher I trainer with, Joseph, is very friendly and truly cares about your career as a massage therapist. He is a genuine and skilled practitioner and teacher. He made a point of correcting our postures while delivering massages, so that we don't develop strains. Many therapists unfortunately have wrong postures, so he was keen to always remind us of the correct posture. I am very pleased with my choice of training with this school.
A. L.
In 2017 I started at The School of Natural Therapies to gain a Sports Massage Qualification. For me the school was conveniently closer than any other location and they offered level 3 and level 5. Little did I know I'd stumbled upon possibly one of the best places to study massage. The level 3 course was an excellent introduction and well taught with lots of tutor support and blended seamlessly with the level 5 course. The course is taught in such a way that incrementally techniques and understanding are added until you don't realise how much you know. The teachers are confidence inspiring and lovely. If you've chosen already to learn here you made the right decision and if you're sceptical go for it anyway!
J. B.
I loved my course with SNT; I qualified as a sports and remedial massage therapist taking their L3+L5 SARM bridging course lead by Joseph O'Dwyer. It was certainly challenging but exceptionally well delivered, the knowledge I received still is invaluable to me as a therapist so it was great value for money - and I was on a tight budget. All the tutors I had were excellent, Joseph, Trev & Helen all exceeded my expectations delivering carefully thought out course material in as clear and accessible way as possible. The world of massage is a rapidly developing one, and can be fraught with misinformation... I feel my advanced learning with SNT has put me in an excellent position to keep up with the cutting edge of the massage industry.
The course was detailed and in-depth without being confusing or too overwhelming. - Supportive, extremely skilled & knowledgeable, great teachers and good resources and advice. Most of all we had loads of fun; it's where it all began for me and I'm still happy massaging three years on. Thank you SNT 🙏🏽
J. B.
When I first wanted to do a training in massage therapy I wasn't sure what course to take. After speaking with Mark I decided to go for the Clinical Sports and Remedial Massage Therapy (BTEC Level 5) course. I did my training at the SNT and it was truly worth it! No regrets!
It took me less than a year to build up my clientele. I'm now managing my own business and this is very exciting and rewarding.
If you are thinking about developing a professional activity in this field I can highly recommend this course as it's much more than just massage. You'll learn a lot about anatomy, physiology which will make your work more interesting as you'll understand much better what you are doing when you are treating a client and why.
It is a solid base to start working as a therapist.
The course is a consequent commitment - especially if you are a full time worker, as I was during my training - but I enjoyed it so much and it is totally doable. I think it was the right amount of work - with a perfect balance on theory vs practical. It is also a financial commitment but again I can tell you if you are motivated you can easily get the reward of this investment.
The tutors at the SNT where fantastic, complementing each others very well. I did my training in 2003 with Trevor, Alison, and Julianne. All presented high level of teaching, were very professional and they also knew how to make learning fun and interesting.
Thank you Mark! I'm so glad you advised me to do this course!

I've done my L3 in Sports Massage and L5 in Clinical Sports and Remedial Soft Tissue Therapy with the School of Natural Therapies and I've been delighted by the service and care I've received. The teaching is thorough, the practical work is taken to a standard well beyond what is required in the exam. I've found Trevor's teaching style very engaging - he's able to bring aliveness into otherwise dry theory like Anatomy and Physiology. Joseph has been an inspirational guide, teacher and mentor. His knowledge and deep passion for the profession shine through every session and were instrumental in giving me inspiration to transition out of a corporate desk job to being a soft tissue therapist.

I have just received my results for the three-month Holistic Massage course and am thrilled to be able to say I have passed!!! The course is very demanding but organised in a manageable way - no time is wasted and everything is covered - Helen has a gift for teaching with an amazing story-telling approach to Anatomy and Physiology!

It took me quite sometime to find the right school to attend in order to obtain the ITEC qualification in Massage, and my choice couldn't have been better! The level of professionalism, the depth of the knowledge transmitted and the atmosphere in class were absolutely amazing all the way through. Helen has the incredible ability of teaching a complex subject like Anatomy & Physiology in a very comprehensible, thorough and funny way, making her classes always interesting and never boring, and Suzanna, with her strong personality and constant attention to her students, proved herself as an excellent Massage teacher. Without any doubt I recommend the School of Natural Therapies to anyone interested in obtaining a qualification backed by a high level of professionalism and knowledge :)

I am very happy for the choice I made. I just passed the ITEC Level 3 Massage , Anatomy/Physiology and Patholoy Diploma. I say that my level of English is not so good, but our teachers Helen and Suz knew every moment how to make us understand more and better. I can only thanks them for their patience and commitment. You are amazing! Thank you for all your support!
A. B.
Fantastic course. Really great instructors who assist you throughout the course and happy to help after you have qualified too. They have given me the confidence and information to start up my own business being self employed and it's great to know I have their support. Many thanks to Joseph, Iris, Trevor and Luke.

There a quite a few different options in London when choosing an course in massage but I am so happy I went went SNT. Helen and Suz were absolutely fantastic tutors, we really could not have asked for more as a class. They were experienced, insightful and overall, patient!! The course is intensive but you are given ample time to study and plenty of support and guidance from the school. Can't wait to come back and continue advancing in my studies with SNT!

I have recently completed the ITEC Level 3 Sports Massage Course with The School of Natural Therapies and soon to start the BTEC Level 5 Clinical Sports & Remedial Massage Course.
The tutors (Joseph, Trevor, & Iris) are incredible. The knowledge and skill set they teach and pass on to the students is far above what is needed to simply pass the ITEC level 3. This is because they want to train their students to become great therapists, to make an impact of peoples lives and not just simply pass an exam.
To show how good this school is, I had a conversation the other day with a lady from a well known massage company that went like this.
Lady: Where did you train?
Me: The School of Natural Therapies.
Lady: Oh, I love the School of Natural Therapies.
Me: Did you train there?
Lady: No. But I love the techniques they teach the students that I have seen.
No matter your skill level, you will leave trained, equipped and confident to step into this field of work.

I completed my level 5 in 2015 with The School of Natural Therapies and it was the best decision I’ve made. It taught me skills that would advance you as a practioner; especially with the standard of education and the varied backgrounds the teachers come from i.e Osteopath; sports therapists; physiotherapists and nutritionist. Since completing the course I am now currently studying my BSc in Physiotherapy and because of completing the level 5 clinical sports and remedial massage - I am at a massive advantage in my MSK training. Since doing the course I have also been able to complete my dry needling course and sports taping course.
I can’t thank the team enough at The School go Natural Therapies for the skills they have taught me.

The Holistic Massage course is a great introduction to any aspiring Massage Therapist.
The A&P Unit is wonderfully taught by Helen, engaging a class of a dozen people, supporting and motivating each student throughout the course at the same time. Helen has an amazing energy and she is always helpful. Suzannah is the best massage teacher you could ask for; a role model for me personally. She is a skilled therapist with a great demeanor. It was not easy attending the course whilst working a full-time job however I have passed my exam with an amazing grade which I am proud of. Thank you both Helen and Suz.
J. K.
Attended SNT from January -April 2018, first time been back to college since left University over 20 years, wanted a change as hoping to try and change job or go part time and wanted to try something new, something that would help people and massage is something I enjoy getting so thought why not try massage. A friend and ex pupil recommended SNT I had rung a few colleges but after a long chat with Helen Cameron-Lee we had a long chat with her about the holistic massage course, the fact it involved learning anatomy theory, practical which involved doing case studies but all manageable if you put the hours in. SNT is good Helen is a passionate teacher and makes anatomy fun and give good pointers in how to remember things. Suzannah who takes the practical side of massage is enthusiastic and really wants all her student to do well- they both encourage all the way. Yes it is intense, but there is time for doing the case studies, the DVD you can purchase on the massage is very helpful and it is a good course. I was worried about passing the exams but I did and am looking at other courses as I look at changing jobs at some point in future. SNT is a friendly college and class sizes are not too large meaning you never feel awkward about asking questions.

I recently passed my Level 3 ITEC Sports & Remedial Therapy course with SNT and will shortly be embarking on my Level 5 Advanced Remedial Course. My tutors have been an invaluable resource to me on an academic and emotional level, being both friend, fellow professional and role models to me! There are never too many questions or requests you can make and everything is dealt with in a solid timeframe and with heaps of feedback. Cant wait to be back with SNT 💚 Special thanks to Joseph for all his guidance and encouragement into my new career.

Teachers knowledge, experience and willingness to share makes the course irreplaceable.
