I had the most amazing and relaxing massage with Liliana yesterday. She intuitively followed the pain until it was completely gone. I have never met anyone like her before. Liliana truly cares about people and puts all her heart and good energy into it. After the treatment my body feels relaxed, pampered, looked after and, in my case the most importantly- the pain is gone. I can't wait to go back for more. My first visit at Liliana’s practise was last year after suffering from painful sport injury spreading from my leg to my back. I was greet with warmth and care but most important I instantly felt I will be taken care by a professional who understands what is your problem and what is necessary approached to fix it. First of all i want to say Big thanks to Lilianna for being with me for so many years. She is amazing personality and an incredible massage therapist. She is extremely friendly, genuine in her heart, attentive , caring, highly skilled, professional and incredibly knowledgeable!!! Lilianna helped me before i was pregnant during my pregnancy and after. I have never had a massage that was so thorough and specific to exactly where each muscle group required attention she identified the areas of tension including some very bad knots straightaway and provided relief with her pressure technique. She has a wealth of knowledge not just in massage but many other forms of therapy. I feel very comfortable with Lilianna always leave feeling refreshed, revived and energized! She provides many massage techniques so you can definitely choose one for yourself. She also uses beautiful specially blended oils of the highest quality to add to a wonderful experience. Lilianna is stunning, immaculate in her presentation and go out of her way to be friendly , genuine and make sure you enjoy the experience to the full. P.S. also i joined the sounds therapy session with Marta yesterday for the first time. This is incredible experience!!! I highly recommend it to try. I first came here 2 years ago and I've never gone anywhere else since. I come monthly and it's always excellent. Whether I need a sports massage or a relaxing massage or something in between Lilianna can somehow sense what's best. I've been all over the world for work and the service here is beyond anything I've had before. Most places have fancy reception areas, but mediocre staff, here it is different. The venue is basic but clean, attractive and perfectly sized, it's the quality of massage that counts.

Lilliana is one of the best massage therapists I’ve ever been to, certainly the best one in London. Don’t let the few google reviews confuse you, she’s been in business many years but her previous google data was somehow erased. I’ve been going to Lilliana for a few years now, previously to several other places in London and there is no comparison to the massage you get at Serenity. A few tips- book directly through Lilliana and not through Treatwell, etc. she has a loyalty card if you book direct. The studio is somewhat hard to find in Greenwich, it’s a small black gate with no sign and just a call button; due to the location she’s not allowed to have a sign. Try out Serenity, you won’t be disappointed.

I cannot believe google deleted all of Liliana’s 5* reviews because she updated her website. There is nobody else i would trust with my skin. Liliana is extensively qualified and has almost completely eradicated my acne and severe hyperpigmentation which I have struggled with for almost 10 years. She is efficient, kind and charges a reasonable price. I would not go anywhere else.
