Reviews of Shep Sports Massage

Shep is a master of his craft! I feel instantly better after each session. I recommend him to anyone who's in need of a sports massage. He's got a great music taste too!

Absolutely excellent! I have been coming regularly for a while and every time it has been very helpful. I came with neck/ shoulder pain and unable to fully turn to one side well, I left there fully able to turn both sides, so pleased!
I can't recommend Steve enough. He has a way of finding exactly where the pain is coming from and fixing it. Very reasonable prices as well. It won't disappoint you!

Shep is brilliant - friendly and welcoming, and an expert at what he does. I'd recommend trying him out, whether it's to treat a specific injury or just for regular sports massages.

As a Creative Producer, Stunt Coordinator and Physical Comedian/ Performer Shep keeps me match fit. I also appreciate that the business is green focused in it's practises.

Very professional. My back and shoulders felt better instantly. Highly recommend.

Me and my partner have had a regular massage by Steve for more than a year now. I had a long-term neck and shoulder pain and my partner had problems with the back. After a few sessions with Steve the pain was gone and never returned. Steve is very knowledgeable about preventing and curing sports injuries and he's also a very nice guy.

Steve's broad knowledge, solid training, and long experience as a sports therapist has kept my ageing body ( with its arthritis, injuries, referred nerve pain) on the road for a number of years now. As a dancer, swimmer, yogi and bike rider, but also a desk-hound, I often experience stiff muscles and knotty problems. Steve's interventions are intuitive, often preventative, and he's worked very collaboratively with me on fixing issues. he provides the targeted therapeutic, rather than a relaxing, massage i'm looking for, but I'm sure he would oblige whatever the request. I've recommended him widely to others, and wouldn't go anywhere else!

I am a massage therapist and have been looking for someone who can do a good, proper massage in London for two years but have not found anyone until now. His intuitive technique combined with solid training makes Steve a good option. Highly recommend.

Highly recommend as a massage therapist. Really knows his stuff and does a great job sorting out my issues. I have paid more for sports massages in the past that weren't great, I never see anyone but Steve now as he is consistently very good and affordable.

Highly recommend Steve. I came to him 4 weeks pre-marathon with knee pain and doubts about completing the race. He was able to spot the problem early and had me fit in time to do the race and finish it. He has great running experience and shares some useful tips and advice for first time marathoners. Top man and has a great selection of music to accompany the sessions!
