I started seeing Glenis a few months ago with chronic neck and upper back pain. I wasn't getting much relief from the Chiropractor I was seeing. Glenis was friendly and welcoming and made me feel at ease straight away, as well as tailoring the massage to my needs. Her hot stone massages are incredible and I look forward to them every month. They are helping keep my pain at bay and are so relaxing and enjoyable too.😍

I have been having hot stone massage with Glenis for the past couple of years .I get a great relief from my chronic muscular back pain after each session, something I have not found with any other therapists. Glenis adjusts each session to my needs and recommends suitable exercises afterwards. Glenis also helps me think of healthier choices in between the sessions to keep my pain at bay. I have now moved a bit further away from Wimbledon, but prefer to travel back for a session as this one actually works.
