I had a very relaxing (and effective) full body massage by Rachelle. She spent a bit longer on my problem areas (neck and back) and checked with me throughout to ensure the pressure was okay and I wasn't experiencing any pain. Rachelle was also thorough with her health checks at the start and checking what I wanted from the experience. Highly recommended!

The re-energize massage is incredibly relaxing. Rach really made me feel comfortable and welcomed which was important for me as I very rarely have a massage and felt very nervous.
