I would like to recommend Adrian Cox. Adrian is a gifted and intuitive healer who fully understands the power of subtle energies which is the foundation of shiatsu healing. Adrian has certainly helped ease my frozen shoulder and I have only had 3 sessions so far. Can't wait for my next session!

This is a great service. Responsive, effective and makes a great difference.
Adrian has a very calming and caring aura and is extremely knowledgeable and experienced. Would recommend to anyone with a physical or emotional condition that is difficult to live with

After experiencing some tension in my neck, I had an incredible treatment with Adrian. He immediately made me feel at ease, both empowered and nurtured in his care. I slept better that night then immediately arranged for my mother to have a treatment with him and then recommended him one of my Yoga clients.
Thank you!

Adrian has been very helpful in reducing muscle tension that I’ve suffered from for years. I can see an improvement with each visit. He is a very good listener and looks at the problem holistically addressing not only the symptoms but also the source. Totally recommended!

Adrian is very good, gentle and excellent with manipulation of the stimulation points. He is very professional, with lot of knowledge and very good manners. I had 4 sessions so far. Initially it takes bit of time to work but I feel so much better with his treatment. I have received excellent care from him & would not hesitate to recommend him. (Krutika Patel)

I am receiving shiatsu treatment from Adrian to support my trauma healing journey. I was diagnosed with cPTSD after experiencing a mental health breakdown in Sep 2019. I find shiatsu creates a space for my body to do the talking, bypassing the protective cognitive narratives in my mind.
As my body talks, Adrian listens with his hands and responds intuitively to the story my body tells him, gently tuning into and locating the sensitive parts that need care, attention and loving kindness. The pressure used in shiatsu provides a profound feeling of safety for me especially after flashbacks when I am disconnected from my body and self.
Adrian has the gift of being able to hold this dis-energy and trust in the shiatsu process to guide his work and bring equilibrium to my body system. At the end of my first session I felt electricity (Qi) pulsating through my veins as my whole body system reconnected and I felt re-wired.
I use the sessions to slowly discover a deep felt sense of safety. A space where I feel safe to listen and gently process the feelings, images and memories that surface from pressure applied to points in my body that I cannot access cognitively.
The shiatsu technique of holding the body firmly and protectively, allowing the sensations to rise, crescendo and dissipate helps the cognitive part of my mind learn to recognise, allow and trust in these sensations and trust there is no need for me now to run away, disconnect or disown my own unique experiences and feelings.
