I have had acute shoulder/neck pain for five years. I've have injections, physio, chiro and my doctor wanted to operate. After only three sessions with Annoushka, I am almost pain free. It feels like a miracle! My sleep has also improved from waking up at 3am most nights to a solid 8 hours most nights. I used to also grind my teeth badly in the night and I have almost stopped doing that. I feel I am able to handle stress and anxiety easier and after just three sessions my quality of life has improved dramatically. Acupuncture will now be a regular part of my life for my general wellbeing. I wish I had found it years ago! If you are thinking of trying it, please do. Annoushka is amazing and you will not regret it.
