S. W.I received the best deep tissue massage I've ever had when I went to Body and Soil Retreat. Thrilled to see this new retreat open up on Edge Lane. They have done a great job with the renovation work; it's very clean and fresh, and the massage suite I went in was relaxing, warm and professionally spec'd. The massage itself was wonderful; great communication from the masseuse to ensure the pressure was right. I'll be going back.

The owner was really personable and communicated enough to allow for target areas to be addressed but wasn't overly chatty to the point where it was no longer relaxing. Pass by Body and soul massage in Trafford, I was lucky to get 30 min massage ( my leg was killing me).
I think her name was Lina , she released the pain and gave me some exercises to do when I’m home , 3 days after I was like new !
I will definitely recommend!

W.A great place which is clean and tidy with amazing facilities including a proper massage table which really does go a long way, it’s close to stretford tram stop and there’s plenty of parking nearby too, the staff are welcoming and friendly and the massages themselves are second to none, any aches and pains/injuries or if you just fancy a relaxing massage this is the place to go!
