She listened to my sore areas and put extra care into making sure we got those knots out. The facial was great as well and I could tell she was very knowledgeable in the technique. Not only did it induce an absolute deep relaxing state, Abbie helped with extremely tights knots I had been experiencing pain with around my shoulder area. d. t.Yesterday I was lucky to make use of Abbie's special offer of a back massage and Gua Sha facial. Abbie ensured that the event was warm, comfortable and relaxing, she talked me through both treatments, asking what my needs were, my skin type etc. She carried out both treatment with complete professionalism and expertise and I felt incredibly relaxed at the end of the session. Before I left she provided me with water so that I could rehydrate and she advised me of aftercare once I got home. I would 10/10 recommend and I will definitely be back for more treatments.
