Visited here today for the first time and had the In Heaven Package. The place was very clean and relaxed and all the staff were very friendly. The massage was fantastic, superb facial and the hand and foot wrap and mini massages were lovely. Would recommend anyone looking for a perfect package at fantastic value! Thank you Youth Sanctuary!

Amazing! Absolutely amazing! Me and my friend went for the stress relief massage. They definitely did an amazing job. I have had massage done in Turkey and Morocco and honestly for 1hour 40min this was worth it. The package came with back massage, hand and foot plus a facial. I was satisfied and so was my friend. We even got a cup of drink and water and we drank it with a foot bath! Thrilled.

Staff are always professional and the massages have always been amazing. I’ve been to the youth sanctuary 3 times in the last 2 years and would recommend. We always book the heavenly package. Although there is no sauna or fancy facilities, the massage is definitely worth the price. Car park is free and I would advise to arrive early to make sure that you have time to fill in the paperwork/medical history form so that this does not eat into the treatment time

My partner and I booked in for the Couple's package - fully body massage for 60 minutes, followed by complimentary tea and a 30 minute footspa. Before entering the massage rooms Francesca gave us the option to upgrade to a deep tissue massage which I took. She was amazing - really loosened up my back! We were both very happy with the level of professionalism from both Francesca and Hannah who, during the couples massage, were constantly in sync with one another (you can tell by the noises made during the session e.g. when you get the old chop down the legs). The two of them were brilliant and my partner gave Hannah the same level of praise. The footspa after the fact with their ginger tea was truly zen. Will definitely be going back soon!

After a long time unable to have spa treatments I was delighted to come back. The spa is not luxurious but the quality of treatments for the price is amazing. I had the £59 package including a fantastic full body massage, facial, head massage, foot and hand treatment, hot stones, foot spa and Chinese tea. The therapist was sweet and polite - I’m not one for chit chat during a massage and she instinctively understood. I am already searching dates for the next visit!

Came here because of a groupon voucher and was pampered to the max. The head-to toe massage was so relaxing that I woke up to knowing what century I’m in. That’s how I like my treatments. The staff is super friendly and accommodating. Would definitely come again!

Wow, what a fantastic experience! When you are You're are offered a complimentary herbal foot spa and hot drink after your treatment and you have the choice of adding essential oils to your massage. The massage itself was just perfect, the pressure was right and the staff are friendly and helpful. It was so good I booked again!

Lovely little spa hidden away in the heart of Manchester. Very clean and cute. The welcome from the reception desk was warm and friendly. The Top to Toe Package was fantastic. My therapist was very polite and professional. She was extremely thorough with the massage paying particular attention to my many knots. My mum and I came on my birthday and got the full treament package through Groupon. It was a great value and included a back massage, hot stone massage, facial, and hand and foot treatments. The staff was kind and welcoming and after the treatments, we enjoyed refreshments and a foot spa. I’m looking forward to visiting again and would definitely recommend it to anyone who wants a peaceful and refreshing spa experience. It’s a nice hidden spot in the middle of Manchester.

Visited here today and was very surprised (even after the really good reviews) at how amazing the experience was. Like other reviews me and my mum bought the 8 treatment package on groupon. Firstly what you get for the price is outstanding! With a lot of things in life you pay cheap and you receive an okay service but because it's so cheap you are happy with it. Not this, it's so cheap but the treatments you receive are top quality! Me and my mum were so happy with everything we received and everything was just perfect. My mum gets facials all the time and pays more for one facial than this whole package and couldn't tell the difference between the ones she normally gets and this one. Could not recommend enough and I will 100% be going back. More people need to go here it's so enjoyable and I feel so relaxed now. If I could give it 10 stars I would. Thank you so much.

Lovely massages and treatments at this Spa. The staff really look after you. Went for the Luxury Top to Toe package which included an afternoon tea. The massage left me feeling so relaxed and the facial was wonderful! The afternoon tea wasn't great. Just a couple of cream cheese sandwiches, 2 scones and some mini desserts. You get a hot or cold drink of your choice also. The place is on top of the Wing Yip cash and carry which may seem weird but don't let that put you off. You get better deals booking with them directly rather than going through Groupon for example.

Great place. Probably the best massage I've ever had. The place is difficult to find but once there it is very clean & the staff are welcoming & professional. The 8 treatment package is exactly that - no cutting corners. I don't know what products they use in their facial but my skin has never looked better! I highly recommend it.
